Quick and professional response to the call for repair and scheduling the work. Serviceman Cheney was courteous and knowledgeable answering all the questions and explaining the problems. he did a great job making all the repairs. only thing I would have liked to see is some kind of a discount since I had the original garage door installed by Precisions and it was an expensive door. I would have expected some discounts as a return customer. The repair cost of $2044.00 seems a bit expensive.

I have seen the Precision commercials over and over and never thought I would have Garage Door problems. Well, the main spring broke today and I like to keep my new truck safe in the garage. I asked Precision for a quote on my garage door springs. I was told by another company I needed to have them replaced. They sent Jordan Earhart. What a nice guy. It turns out I don't need to replace them yet. Jordan checked the springs and the date on the springs. They were working fine and only from 2021. I will make sure to use Percision when I do need to replace them. I am really impressed. Great company, and honest.
