Our garage door wouldn’t open this morning. My husband called Precision Garage Door Service. We used them last year when the garage springs broke. The technician ( Luis Pizarro) arrived within 35 minutes. He explained what was the cause and what needed to be done to fix it. He was very personable, knowledgeable and seemed to do a great job.

Love these guys. My residence has commercial garage doors so more of a problem - However Precision was there for each failing door in a prompt, honest and amazing fix. The only down side is that we will not have to use Precision again for the next 20 or so years!!!

We as customers don't realize the use we put our garage doors through. I use my door as my primary in and out door. I upgraded springs so as to extend there life in years. My garage door opener wasn't working and I called Precision at 10:26. They set up an appointment for me between 12-4. Doug called at 11:40 to tell me he was on his way. Upon his arrival at 11:58, he found that the left spring had snapped. This would be $378 to fix by itself. He made other, prudent recommendations, but I just had him fix the one. He respected the house and the vehicles in the garage and finished within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Precision and would not hesitate to use the company or Doug for my next repair or upgrade.
