I had called other companies and several times they would say they were coming out and never showed after waiting for several hours. Your company was very good after letting me know when they were coming and it was in the window they gave me. John, our service tech., was very friendly and was very diligent about getting the issue done and done correctly. He gave us a price which was very reasonable and didn’t try to upsell or try and sell us anything we didn’t need. We really appreciated his hard work and friendliness.
