My garage door unexpectedly broke and i called for a repair, expiring it to be days or weeks of delays. I was surprised to have been able to get a service appointment the same day at a very convenient time. Nelson came out, on time and was able to asses the problem and repair it very quickly. Precision Garage Doors are top notch! They installed a new garage door for us last year (which works great), and at the time we opted not to have a remote keypad opener installed. But after several mishaps with my wife and daughter being locked out of the house I called Precision to install the keypad for us. Nelson came out about two hours after I called and had it installed in less than 30 minutes! Precision is really a class act and a pleasure to do business with.
