This is a great company. All their workers are so professional and polite. I had my door installed and the AC people ruined my motor. Precision Door came out and fixed it quickly. Recently I had an issue with water coming in a corner of the garage. The rubber lining at the bottom had moved and frayed in one corner. No worries, it was under warranty two years later! The tech also set up the remote door opener on my phone. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

From the very start with booking my estimate to the installation, everything was GREAT!!!! I can't say enough about my sales Representative Rebecca!!! She is the best! Kind, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very responsive the entire time. Any questions or help I needed she was always there to help and so kind! Our installation tech Chase was also I very nice, professional, and did a wonderful job with our door! He went over everything and was also responsive to my texts. Carlos Morales was very professional and quickly resolved our garage issue. Our home was flooded in Helene and the garage door wasn’t operating properly. Carlos was able to fix the problem in less than 20 mins. Something’s you take for granted and when you don’t have them for 5 months and then something so simple becomes a blessing. They installed my door about eight years years ago. It was a great installation. Never had any issues even after hurricane. Today I called because one of my center brackets was broken. To my surprise, they showed up two hours later which is absolutely unheard of replace the brackets cause he had them on the truck with new sensors too, because those sensors were old and completely outdated. Unbelievable that’s what I call service. They checked the system when they were done or good to go. the technician, Chase was spot on
