I have seen Precision Garage Door trucks in my neighborhood over the years so when I came home and garage door would open only a few inches, I knew who to call. Could have had a technician within a couple of hours of my call (impressive) but elected to schedule for the next day. Bob called about 20 minutes ahead of arriving. When he arrived, he did a thorough check of the garage door, coils, cables, track, sensors, etc. I knew the coil was broken but he pointed out a number of other things in need of repair. He provided a quote with the critical repair items and also quoted on the non-essential repair items. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what all was causing the door not to open - it is obvious he knows what he's doing. Very polite, professional and even swept out the garage after he was done! I'm going to tell my neighbors and friends about the positive experience I had with Precision Garage Door.

My name is Pat. I've been living in Largo for 9 years. Around that time I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace my garage door. During the past several years, I began noticing my ceiling slowly dropping. One area in particular. The garage door supports were not properly installed when I had the new garage put in. I called to report it. I must admit, I was a little harsh to the lady who answered the phone and took notes onmy complaints. Within minutes, two gentlemen cam yo my house to checkout the ceiling and knew immediately what was wrong. Their names? Bob and Travis. Within minutes I knw they were not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but they were very helpful and respectful. I apologized for my my actions on the phone. After they repaired the runner, and also offered to pay for the damages to my ceiling...What? We talked about, where they were from. Sports,Tom Brady and my past occupation, Music. I could go on and on. I want everyone to know I'm giving, not a 5 star, but a 10 star, to Precision, and their employees for their quick response. Sufficient repair. And again....Professional experience. Thank you so much guys. You made my day a perfect 10.

the company sent out a tech within hours of my call. Bob arrived and was very courteous and professional. he showed and explained to me what the issue was. He had all the necessary parts to do the job on his truck and although it was getting late he assured me he could complete the job, which he did. It took him about 2 1/2 hours and the job was complete, cleaned up and I was completely satisfied. Bob is an asset to your company.

Michele said that she would have someone call me. In short order Chelsea called and set up a service request for today! Robert called me before the appointed time to confirm that he was on his way. Robert & Chad arrived as expected, diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. Every person I encountered today displayed professionalism and a great attitude. I called Precision to come out to inspect my garage door. It would open fine, but it would periodically stick coming down. It started to happen more frequently. Robert and Alejandro came out for the inspection. They recommended new rollers, bearings, and springs plus a capacitor for the opener itself. The garage door is newer and is a VERY heavy secure door and the rest of the hardware is old so I expected that analysis. I decided to repair everything but the capacitor, which they ended up throwing in anyway for free. Nice!! Door was working just fine when they left. Next day, I came home in the evening and damn, same thing; door sticking on the way down. To say I was annoyed would be putting it mildly. I called the after hours service and explained my frustration fairly strongly. MUCH to their credit, both Robert and Alejandro came out first thing the next morning and apologized and they told me they were approved to install an entire new garage door opener at no cost for the inconvenience. VERY nice!! I honestly wasn’t expecting that BUT by this show of exceptional customer service, they turned a negative experience into a very positive one and I will be recommending Precision to others if asked and you’ll be getting my business, when needed, in the future. Thanks again for your professionalism!!
