Excellent service. I called around 10am on a Sunday and by 2:00pm all issues were solved. Cheyney was an excellent technician. He notified me when he would be arriving, arrived on time, fixed all issues, and was extremely professional.

Quick and professional response to the call for repair and scheduling the work. Serviceman Cheney was courteous and knowledgeable answering all the questions and explaining the problems. he did a great job making all the repairs. only thing I would have liked to see is some kind of a discount since I had the original garage door installed by Precisions and it was an expensive door. I would have expected some discounts as a return customer. The repair cost of $2044.00 seems a bit expensive.
