Great service from inquiry to repair. I called the number after hours. It went into a hold loop. I hung up instead of holding and about 20 minutes later I got a text message with a follow up, asking if they could be of assistance. I was able to ask questions and schedule my service via text for the following morning. The service tech (Isak) was on time, communicated everything he was doing and completed the repair quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend them.

Precision was able to send someone the same day. Isak was very pleasant and fixed the problem quickly. He also did a tune-up and routine maintenace. I was very happy with their service.

Isak, our Garage Door Repair Technician was awesome. He even called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and prepared a quote. He completed the work the same day. He even managed to work around all the items we have stored in our garage. We are so happy our garage door is working now. He even programmed our remote garage door openers and our cars. He asked me to save his direct cell number in case we had any other questions. I am very satisfied with the work done by Precision. The problem was clearly explained to me, and three options were presented specifically for my needs and requirements. Isak was courteous, professional and very pleasant. He was patient, willing to explain and answer any questions I had. He made sure I understood the repairs that needed to be made (and why). My technician Isak was extreamly knowledgeable and went to work fixing my garage door opeaner. He adjusted everying and found that 3 of my door hinges had small hairline cracks in them so replaced them.
