My door was binding and wouldn't always go down completely before it would automatically retract back up. The technician ( Isaiah ) arrived and checked over the garage door system at our request. The existing system was about 21 years old and appeared to have lacked maintenance. The technician showed us all the things that he felt were worn and he recommended that they should be replaced. We chose to go ahead and follow his recommendations. We had a new motor, drive belt, main springs, hinges and rollers installed and lubricated as required. The work was completed in a few hours. There was no high pressure sales involved by the technician. We are very happy with the work done and how smooth the door operates.
