The only company we used since we bought our Townhome in 2011.Adam dig an excellent job. No pressure on what I should replace. I told him replace everything. The only thing left is the door opener. I called concerning a spring that broke the previous evening . Adam was here as scheduled in the morning and was very good at explaining everything . After he measured the springs to get the correct replacement part he showed me a couple of other parts that were well worn and would no doubt cause an issue possibly in the very near future . Although I spent more than I had planned , I went ahead with replacing the recommended parts to prevent another inconvenient breakdown . Adam completed the installation of all the parts in a timely manner . He was courteous , professional and very good at explaining everything .

Precision arrived within 2 hours of call for assistance with broken spring. Technician inspected the entire door and identified other needed repairs, since to door was over 20yrs. old. Repair options and parts were thoroughly explained prior to starting work. Job completed within 2 hrs. and the door works better than ever. The technician who came to repair our garage door was very professional and knowledgeable. He would definitely get a 5-star rating, however I can't say as much for the customer service team. We made an appointment for a service call between 10-2. We got a message early in the morning that a tech was available right away if we could see him earlier than the scheduled time. My husband called back a few minutes later and spoke to a rep (who sounded half-asleep) and told her we could do the earlier appointment. She said he would be here within the half hour. An hour later, nobody had come. I called the office and got someone who told me my husband's return call had never been logged. She apologized and said she would get the tech out ASAP and that he was only 10 minutes away. An hour later, my husband called back because nobody had come yet. Eventually he arrived and proceeded to do a great job. However, the ladies who are handling the calls left a lot to be desired.
