Chris Enlow came out today and replaced my 30 year old Genie garage door opener. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He also replaced the worn out wheels. Everything works great now. Chris even zapped a hornets nest by my front door. Now THAT is customer service!!

I’ve used them since 2021. I purchased a Genie Professional garage door opener with Aladdin connect and door keypad. I just had my service done and everything was taken care of quickly. A technician could come an hour before service time and he was done in less than an hour for the maintenance… thankfully no charge since I have a lifetime warranty. Craig called ahead, showed up on time. I explained my issue to him and he went thru his checks. He then outlined my options, allowing me to select the items to replace. I also selected some new springs and bearings. He performed the work, briefed me on operation of the new opener, (my old one was over 20 years old), so the new one worked a little differently. Disappointed with the outcome of our service call. The primary issue was a single broken spring. When Service person came out they replaced the spring under Warranty (spring replaced by Precision less than 3 years ago), but they also performed a hard sell on my wife to have the unbroken spring replaced and three other parts due to "potential safety" issues. So where my bill should have been just a Service Charge for the Warranty work, Service Tech basically strong armed my wife into thinking we needed all the other work that cost almost $1,000. I feel we were taken advantage of by the Service Tech.
