In the late afternoon of 8/3/24, Jackson, from Precision, came promptly to my home to repair my garage door. After evaluation of the problem, it was determined that a new motor needed to be installed. Jackson immediately got to work, and I now have a working garage door. Jackson was fabulous! Very disappointed. Our remotes stopped working ao we called to have our garage door looked at. The technician said he could fix it by reprogramming it and while he was here would service (lubricate the door) . I said fine, Total price ~$200. We were then told that reprogramming didn’t work, which I’m not surprised because I told him I already tried that. I then told him I would pay the service charge and that we needed to think about other options. He then said I was still going to be charged the $200 fee for the call and maintenance. So I spent $200 for nothing. I then found an 8 step trouble shoot for my problem on the chamberlain website that the service tech didn’t even perform. What a joke. I do not recommend this company.

I had a garage door installed about a year ago by Precision. The most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. The installation went smoothly and the installer spent a good amount of time making sure I understood fully how to operate the door. The quality was outstanding and the door itself absolutely gorgeous. Had a little glitch yesterday so I called them expecting to have to wait a few days but no they were there within an hour. The glitch turned out to be a runaway remote lost in my handbag that was activated every time I picked up my bag. Mystery of the self opening door solved. They even had a sense of humor about my mistake. Then the young man took time to help me download an app to remotely control my door. Precision is literally the best in the business.They are the only one you should call.

My technician Isak was extreamly knowledgeable and went to work fixing my garage door opeaner. He adjusted everying and found that 3 of my door hinges had small hairline cracks in them so replaced them.
