Hunter was awesome! He called ahead to make sure coming early was OK (it was!). He checked out my current set up and suggested a new garage door opener motor. It turns out that mine was 21 years old! In about an hour he had a new one installed and went over everything with me. It's so quiet and nice to have an automatic door again. Complete with a keypad! I couldn't be happier with the service I got!

We had a garage door spring break just before noontime, called Precision Garage Door Service based solely on an internet search, and by early afternoon had their technician, Mike Beckum, in our garage assessing the situation. We have a very heavy, hurricane-reinforced two-car garage door, so beyond replacing the broken spring, we opted to get the entire assembly (both springs, the rod, pulleys, and cables) replaced. Everything replaced by Precision is now under a 7-year parts and labor warranty. The entire garage door operation is so much smoother now. We were thoroughly impressed with Mike's friendliness and professionalism.

carlos was my tech. He was very prompt and called me 30 minutes before his expected arrival which gave me plenty of time to get to the property. He was very friendly and professional. he inspected the unit and explained what the problems were. I asked him if he could fix it today and what was the cost. He said he could and would tell me cost once he looked op cost of materials. in a short time he gave me the costs and we agreed on a price once I recd the seniors discount. Told me it would be a couple of hours and would call me when done. He called me and I came back and checked it out.
