What not to say?!!! From the very first contact: scheduling appointment - very speedy; courteous gal; professional and friendly; Tyler, garage door professional was amazing..very kind, professional and explained things to me; Cameron from Precision assisted me as well. ALL very very helpful. Your youtube video that was sent was good as well, follow ups, (even this review page came so fast). Sending a picture identifying Tyler would be the professional who would be coming - always a good thing. I think it was Cameron who used the word 'seamless' - that describes Precision!! Seamless!! -- And so very thankful for working with us regarding pricing. You will never know how grateful we are especially at this time in our lives.

Two years ago Precision installed a new Genie garage door opener. By the way, they did a great job in record time. When the opener malfunctioned I called the office and a very personable young lady took all my information and quickly told me the opener was still under warranty as well as QUICKLY arranging a service call the very next day. As promised technicians showed up after having left a message that they were on the way. Within less than an hour I had a brand new opener that apparently comes with a new 3 year warranty. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you Precision for being a company that people can trust.

We chose Precision for their reputation, and the $50 coupon off of Linear we'd received in our newspaper (or Valpak?). We'd researched the Linear line of door opener vs. LiftMaster -- found them to be equal in quality but lower in price. Setting up the appointment was easy, the installer arrived as scheduled and gave us a call before arriving. He kept us informed throughout the installation and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with our quiet, powerful, beautifully installed opener and the service & price we received from Precision.

Good company and service but overpriced! My garage opener door old "the board is fried" on my garage door opener and I needed a new one. Least expensive model was $599, which included $225/hour for labor. I made a big mistake agreeing to it, and he had already started when I looked on Amazon and saw I could get a 4 1/2 star rated belt-drive Chamberlain (I got the less expensive chain drive today) with Installation for $300. So I just made a bad decision! Very personable technician and prompt service (requested online service only this morning), and I used Precision for repair of my opener a few years ago, good repair at reasonable price, and I would use them again for repair, but definitely would not purchase a new opener again from Precision, only because of the extravagant part and labor cost. They did decide to give me a $50 discount and not charge tax, so I paid $550 total. Gave away $300 because I didn't stop long enough to do my research. Oh well!
