Precision lived up to their reputation. They were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they no longer work on my type of door so were ultimately unable to help me, however, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future.

From scheduling of service to prompt garage door repair, our experience with Precision Overhead Garage was terrific. Repair Technician Zachery Harrison was highly professional, efficient, and personable. He called ahead prividing us with an update re our appointment, he arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken coupler on our overhead garage door opener. He even showed us the broken piece which was preventing the door from opening. He did not over sell us and/or charge us for unneeded services. As a resident of Clearwater Beach it was a nice to have a quality service at a fair price. Zachery is a wonderful frontline ambassador for the Precision Overhead Garage.

Used Precision a few years ago to replace an old open/close system and strengthen the door. The "new" door was a tremendous improvement. Not only the way it worked but also the additional strength it provided. And no more racket moving up and down! The up/down switch failed-called them a 9:00, repaired at 12:30 same day. Under warranty. And the service staff-top of the line.

Problem with my garage door not opening. The technician Zac was great! He was friendly, quickly determined the problem, and also inspected the entire system and provided options. He was then able to quickly repair the pulley and installed a new garage door opener. Great service experience.

So pleased with this company from the initial call to finish of the job. They installed my garage door about 18 years ago. Five years or so ago the door came catawampus off the track. I called Precision and they had someone out here within the hour. It was not something one person could do with the weight of the double door. Within an hour they had a total crew out here helping to fix me out of the fix. This time it was my garage door opener. It was also 18 years old. Upon inspection it turned out the the spring was sprung (it was shown to me - no wonder the door wouldn't open) plus a couple of other things. EACH of those things was pointed out to me so I could see for myself. I liked that. Decision to replace or not was mine. A new garage door, spring and a couple of other things were installed. From initial knock on the door to him finishing up after installation was 3 hours. Since I was going out of time the next day it was a lifesaver for me. Thank you Precision.

I actually thought you did a wonderful job. the service guy was great and the product was just what i needed. My only comment is that I wish the charges to do this were not surprises. the extra fees for the truck, etc. were unexpected and turned a 100.00 expected charge into 150.00
