Here on Friday as I called to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door which precision installed in 2018. Tech advised my rollers were ending their life so I agreed to replacement. He released tension on the springs as I had said I had precision installed battery backup last year as I couldn’t open door during a power outage last year. Well today I have new issue opening door and it is making loud noise I was giving window for the new tech to come out today again
