Terrific experience today. My garage door opener did not work at 7:30 am this morning. I called Precision and within a couple of hours the techs were at my door. Stefan and George did an excellent job determining what the issue was and then worked very hard in the heat to install a new garage door opener. I’ve used them since 2021. I purchased a Genie Professional garage door opener with Aladdin connect and door keypad. I just had my service done and everything was taken care of quickly. A technician could come an hour before service time and he was done in less than an hour for the maintenance… thankfully no charge since I have a lifetime warranty. Stefan Harris was excellent and very professional. Thanks for great service.
