Precision Garage Doors installed our hurricane rated Door about 2.5 years ago. Until Monday March 6, we had had no issues with this door. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and they scheduled Andrew to come out on Tuesday morning. Andrew was in time, very courteous and quickly reprogrammed the garage door motor. Repair Technician Zachery Harrison was highly professional, efficient, and personable. He called ahead prividing us with an update re our appointment, he arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken coupler on our overhead garage door opener. He even showed us the broken piece which was preventing the door from opening. He did not over sell us and/or charge us for unneeded services. Our garage door sounded loud whenever we used it, making us feel that our garage door opener was in need or replacement. Seth showed up a day after we called the office and lubricated the door channel making everything run smooth. Very good, same day service, but NOT cheap at $1200 for three springs to be fitted on our double door - cheaper 1 year warranty offered, but honestly was pretty peeved at that - who want a one year warranty on something like this? Maybe coronavirus pricing... Technician was very good indeed - explained all.

Once again Precision Garage Door to the rescue!! Our tech Luke Rose was amazing and listened to what our issue was and went about to try and problem solve to nail down the problem.
