I have had your service on multiple occasions over the years. I was first made aware of you by TV Commercials and your statement that you can provide service all week long at the same rate caught my attention. Since the first time your service techs have serviced my garage door, I've been impressed with their professionalism. I still am, and most recently I had my garage door made new (except for the panels) everything was replaced and it now operates extremely smoothly and I won't need to have any work done for 10 years probably. Well worth the effort performed.

Our door opener broke and we needed fast replacement, especially when I was leaving town for a trip, leaving my wife to handle the issue. We have always used Precision for our garage door issues. They have great customer service, are professional, prompt and do quality work. The same this time with our new garage door opener. My only issue this time is they charged us over $1500 for the motor which you can buy for $400. I know labor is part of that charge but almost 4 times the retail seems excessive especially when the installation did not require any new wiring or main hanging bracket. In addition, for a two car garage they left only one opener faub, which at first they were going to charge us for, but made it right after a phone conversation. This makes us question whether we will consider them first on our future repairs.

The installers were very good but as I take a good look afterwards, I am confident that I overpaid. The components are cheaply made and I seriously doubt they will last long. It doesn't look, perform or act like an $1100 garage door opener and based upon a web search, I have grounds for the doubt.

Chris and Tom address my service call issue as my garage door hing was separating from the chain drive. They told me my old garage motor assembly that I chose to keep when they installed my new hurricane door a few years ago was no longer able to handle the task. They proposed a new motor assembly, offered a fair to lower then expected cost of the new motor and I stalled the new motor within an hour. Simple: they were knowledgeable, honest and competent. He diagnosed the problems with the opener and some other issues and affected repaired. Hunter was awesome! He called ahead to make sure coming early was OK (it was!). He checked out my current set up and suggested a new garage door opener motor. It turns out that mine was 21 years old! In about an hour he had a new one installed and went over everything with me. It's so quiet and nice to have an automatic door again. Complete with a keypad! I couldn't be happier with the service I got!
