PRECISION came to my house on the day I needed them. The phone contact was easy and efficient. I actually talked to a real person, not voice mail. Nick Rossi was a wonderful technician and explained what needed to be done and then did it in a timely manner in a hot garage. Very professional and made me feel I was in good hands.

Quick and professional response to the call for repair and scheduling the work. Serviceman Cheney was courteous and knowledgeable answering all the questions and explaining the problems. he did a great job making all the repairs. only thing I would have liked to see is some kind of a discount since I had the original garage door installed by Precisions and it was an expensive door. I would have expected some discounts as a return customer. The repair cost of $2044.00 seems a bit expensive.

I asked Precision for a quote on my garage door springs. I was told by another company I needed to have them replaced. They sent Jordan Earhart. What a nice guy. It turns out I don't need to replace them yet. Jordan checked the springs and the date on the springs. They were working fine and only from 2021. I will make sure to use Percision when I do need to replace them. I am really impressed. Great company, and honest.
