THEY SENT ALL THE NOTIFICATIONS VIA TEXT, PHONE CALL, AND EMAIL OF WHEN THE REP WOULD BE THERE AND WHAT TO EXPECT. LUCAS CAME ON TIME, AND WE DISCUSSED OPTIONS, AND DECIDED ON A FULL NEW INSTALL SINCE THE CURRENT UNIT WAS MORE THAN 20YRS OLD. LUCAS PERFORMED THE INSTALL IN ABOUT 1 HOUR, GAVE ME A FULL DEMONSTRATION OF ALL THE FEATURES, MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE OPERATIONAL FEATURES. WELL WORTH THE CALL AND PRICE.
