The technician was very good and completed the job in 45 minutes. That included changing one broken spring on a single garage door. The first price he quoted was $500 and I refused. So he came back with another price of $400 for a different kind of spring. I didn’t looked at the springs to see the difference because it was a Thursday night. I still think $400 was overpriced because a spring for that door is $100 dollars or less at Home Depot. But under the circumstances I went with the $400 replacement. It works fine again! I think $400 for just 20 minutes actual work is over priced. But the company was excellent as was the technician doing the job.

PRECISION WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY REALTOR AND FREIND PATRICIA PRIEST. SHE NAILED IT, THEY WERE GREAT. THEY SENT ALL THE NOTIFICATIONS VIA TEXT, PHONE CALL, AND EMAIL OF WHEN THE REP WOULD BE THERE AND WHAT TO EXPECT. LUCAS CAME ON TIME, AND WE DISCUSSED OPTIONS, AND DECIDED ON A FULL NEW INSTALL SINCE THE CURRENT UNIT WAS MORE THAN 20YRS OLD. LUCAS PERFORMED THE INSTALL IN ABOUT 1 HOUR, GAVE ME A FULL DEMONSTRATION OF ALL THE FEATURES, MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE OPERATIONAL FEATURES. WELL WORTH THE CALL AND PRICE. THANKS LUCAS AND PRECISION FOR TAKING A NORMALLY UNPLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCE AND MAKING IT POSITIVE. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND PLAN ON USING THEM FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR NEEDS IN THE FUTURE. DCW
