Every aspect of their business is top-notch and that is no exaggeration. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I also received proposals from two other garage door companies. One of them was not even close overall, and the other one came close but was lacking in customer service. The prices were comparable.

Jesus came to check out why the door was squeaking/shrieking when opening. I had lubed it multiple times but he showed me the correct places to spray which solved the problem. He was very patient and cordial and left behind a happy customer.

First I got three quotes. Precision was the last one i got a quote from. I got three quotes from the sales rep with an explanation for each one. All were up to code for hurricane. No high pressure sales just the facts of what could be purchased. Today was the install. Jesus was the installer. He came to the house on time, introduced himself and set to work. Great job done and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great team to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company several times. Had them come out to see if they could fix one of the hinges on one of the panels. Dylan showed me that a few more were ready to do the same. we went over what they had so we got a new one. He got me the military discount. The here the next day and in about 3 hours it was completed. they did a wonderful job.

We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. They also were able to install quickly unlike any other company and the technicians that installed the door did an amazing job, were helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke highly of their employer. Through our the whole process Precision went above and beyond. I never do reviews and went out of my way to do this one! Thanks to everyone at Precision especially our sales rep Anastasia who helped facilitate all of our needs.

Professional processes, service and systems from sales to installation. Best website compared to their competitors. The website enabled me to select every aspect (style, pattern, options) for the new garage door I wanted to purchase. Received a follow-up email within hours at night. Constant communication during the sales process by many people, especially by Melanie Beaudin. Reference addresses were provided for me to look at the selection I had made. The sales truck contained samples for everything. The electronic formal quote was provided on the spot. Melanie tracked the shipment of the garage door; providing a one week notice of the delivery date. I was able to pick my installation date. Jesus was efficient at dismantling the original garage door. Jerry joined Jesus for the installation of the new garage; everything went smoothly. The level of professionalism; knowledge and caring workers is very rare to find these days. I deal with contractors daily in which very few are as professional as the folks at Precision Door.

crews showed up on time and quickly removed the old door assembly and installed the new one. this somewhat custom door looks great and keeps the west facing garage a lot cooler than the previous door. crew returned to install a now opener as the old one was not up to the task of opening the heavier hurricane door. same friendly, efficient service. love the product and the process
