Completely impressed with Precision Garage Doors, 100% recommend. Professional, timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and very cost effective. The technician, Braxton showed up earlier (after the office called to make sure that would be okay) than my scheduled same day appointment, unstuck the garage door and replaced the motor and sensors, he even reprogrammed all my remotes. Can't say enough about these guys!!!

Service technician arrived promptly and did an excellent job of inspecting all the components that were either broken or worn to the point they needed replacing. Work was accomplished quickly and professionally. Can't comment on price because I did not get competing estimates.

Precision Garage Doors was extremely quick and responsive. They came out immediately and rectified the issue. The technician, Braxton, was very kind and respectful. The only issue was the repair cost which was extremely high. From a relative who recently had the same problem repaired, it was approximately double. We needed an immediate repair, concerned we had a safety issue, so overall we were very happy otherwise.

Before he got started making the repair, he assessed the problem with my door opening mechanism and then outlined the repair for my approval. He answered any questions I had to my satisfaction.
