Garage door motor went into reverse mode so I phoned Precision which sent Jackson within two hours of the call and he installed better replacement one,keypad and remotes for reasonable price. Other firms are on tv but Precision has the quality reputation for installers who are personable and professional like Jackson so even on weekends,you can expect good service when you need it.

They did a phenomenal job! I had a tech out to the house within an hour of me calling to schedule an appointment. I had my garage door fixed the same evening. Jackson was great. He even put my garage back the same way he found it. Friendly, professional, and just plain good at what he does. Kudos! Highly recommend!

The springs had broke on our overhead door so i called Precision and they sent someone out same day, Jackson was friendly and professional. he knew what he was doing and also found other faulty parts and replaced them. very happy with the service

My garage door would not close and Precision Garage Door sent someone out the same day to provide a diagnosis. It was a Saturday which made their promptness all the more impressive. They diagnosed the problem which could not be fixed but installed a brand new garage door opener the same day. I was very impressed by the salesman and his efforts on a very warm day.

We called Precision to get a quote on replacing the strip on the bottom of our garage door. Happy with the price and they came out the same day. Their Tech Jackson was very professional and courteous. He was also thorough checking out the door and replacing the strip. Very happy with the work. We used Precision years ago to replace a spring and they did a great job. Would definitely call again.

I have had several interactions with Precision, each with a good outcome. The overhead door opener they installed two years ago works like a charm. I've had a few problems with my keypad opener, but they've been very accommodating about taking care of it.The service people are efficient and pleasant, and I've never had to wait more than a few hours or a day for service. In the late afternoon of 8/3/24, Jackson, from Precision, came promptly to my home to repair my garage door. After evaluation of the problem, it was determined that a new motor needed to be installed. Jackson immediately got to work, and I now have a working garage door. Jackson was fabulous!
