Precision is the most professional, company I have worked with since owning my home for 20+ years. Professionalism started with the initial phone call to schedule...very courteous staff. The service tech was on time, listened to my take on a leaky bottom door seal, made suggestions. He fixed what he thought was the problem. Friendly, knowledgeable, very polite. From sales consult to installation, my experience was stellar. No sales pressure, answered all my questions and provided product details. Consult followed up with me after a few weeks and was there for me during my product order. The installation crew communicated with me in advance of arrival, they were on time, the install was completed within the window provided and they left the garage in clean, orderly shape. The technician walked me through the changes and also answered my questions. A great experience for me and I highly recommend Precision Door.
