One of the springs on my garage door broke. Called first thing in morning and they set me up for a appt that morning. The technician, Jesus Dimasse, called when he was on his way. Jesus was friendly, professional, thorough, a highly competent technician. He went over a few options and when I made my decision, he went right to work and had the door fixed pretty quickly. I had called other companies and several times they would say they were coming out and never showed after waiting for several hours. Your company was very good after letting me know when they were coming and it was in the window they gave me. John, our service tech., was very friendly and was very diligent about getting the issue done and done correctly. He gave us a price which was very reasonable and didn’t try to upsell or try and sell us anything we didn’t need. We really appreciated his hard work and friendliness.
