Austin and Precision exceeded my expectations! The tech called ahead to advise arrival time; he quickly analyzed the issue, and promptly provided 3 options. I decided on repair option - Austin quickly got to work, replacing bad parts and checking alignment and door operation multiple times to be sure everything was working properly. He reprogrammed a few remote openers, lubed the tracks, rollers and hinges - all within an hour! Austin was professional, courteous, and very efficient- I had him add a Precision decal to my garage door as your company will now be my preferred vendor for future garage door issues! The cost was reasonable and I appreciate the military discount too! Thanks

Called for someone to come to repair our garage door opener. Person who scheduled the appointment was professional and efficient. Tech was scheduled for the very next day. Tech arrived as scheduled, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Problem was quickly found and repaired.

Tech was on time, pleasant, fixed problem I had as well as found another and fixed what would have been a problem later. Only thing I noticed, after he left, was the left door that he replaced the chain gear on does not completely close all the way. It is up about a half inch unless I go over and push it down with my foot. I have problems with mice entering garage as I store trash cans there and they will easily find their way in if I don’t remember to push it all the way with my foot. It would be nice if someone would come back and adjust it out but Indo not want to incur another visit charge.

We discovered a broken spring around 2:30 in the afternoon - could not open the garage door! Jeremy was at our house by about 4:15. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us 3 options for repair work. We decided to go with the highest option because we hadn't had work done for quite a while. Jeremy efficiently did the work and everything was working well by 5:30. The next day we found our receipt from almost 7 years earlier and discovered that some of the items replaced were still under a 7 year warranty. We called the office - they immediately looked into it - called us back, apologized for the oversite and issued a refund for everything that was under warranty. We were very satisfied with the work and the service. Thank you.

The technician who came to repair our garage door was very professional and knowledgeable. He would definitely get a 5-star rating, however I can't say as much for the customer service team. We made an appointment for a service call between 10-2. We got a message early in the morning that a tech was available right away if we could see him earlier than the scheduled time. My husband called back a few minutes later and spoke to a rep (who sounded half-asleep) and told her we could do the earlier appointment. She said he would be here within the half hour. An hour later, nobody had come. I called the office and got someone who told me my husband's return call had never been logged. She apologized and said she would get the tech out ASAP and that he was only 10 minutes away. An hour later, my husband called back because nobody had come yet. Eventually he arrived and proceeded to do a great job. However, the ladies who are handling the calls left a lot to be desired.
