Chris and Tom address my service call issue as my garage door hing was separating from the chain drive. They told me my old garage motor assembly that I chose to keep when they installed my new hurricane door a few years ago was no longer able to handle the task. They proposed a new motor assembly, offered a fair to lower then expected cost of the new motor and I stalled the new motor within an hour. Simple: they were knowledgeable, honest and competent. Replacement of tired Liftmaster garage door opener with a new Genie opener. Service, including programming of all devices and autos was performed on a Monday holiday weekend, on time and professionally completed in less than two hours. Our choice to use Precision Garage Door service was predicated on prior service calls requiring spring replacement and later complete garage door replacement with appropriate hurricane rated and insulated door.
