Precision replaced the rollers several years ago. When the motor stopped working this morning I called. Two hours later Dallas came replaced the motor & all the other equipment needed to bring us up to date. There isn't enough room here for me to tell you how happy I am with Precision. Matt has come twice to do repairs on different areas both times. The first was springs and rollers replacements. He made sure our garage door safety issues were corrected as it was extremely unsafe as it was jerry-rigged by the prior owner using parts not designed or appropriate for the situation. This time he came as our belt snapped. He advised us due to the age of the motor, while he would be happy to replace the belt, it would be putting money into the unit without knowing how much longer the unit might last. He has not been pushy either time providing us with expert knowledge. My wife and I could not be happier or feel more comfortable.

Although this wasn’t an emergency, I received a courtesy call from Brittney that Technicians were available earlier than the expected appointment time and if I was ok with this. I said yes. I received a price quote for different options. The work was done as stated and as promised.

I was impressed from the person who came to give me a quote to the installers who removed and hauled away our old door, installed our new door and opener and even installed new trim around the door. They were prompt and courteous and did a great job. Chris Burdge, the guy who gave me the quote, was very informative and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me, in laywoman's terms. The guys who removed the old door and installed the new one were also very nice and did a great job. Don't remember their names tho.
