Michele said that she would have someone call me. In short order Chelsea called and set up a service request for today! Robert called me before the appointed time to confirm that he was on his way. Robert & Chad arrived as expected, diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. Every person I encountered today displayed professionalism and a great attitude. In today's world of business Precision did two things which impressed me very much. First and foremost they acknowledged my phone call requesting assistance -. On this email they provided me with a complete list of their mechanics and their photographs. Therefore, I could match the mechanic with the photo and being able to know it was a bonfire company employee. Second and very important was they call 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home and went immediately to work. They asked my problem, analyzed it and then repaired it. We have been with this company for years. I travel, I know that should my wife need assistance she will have no problems and will be secure when the repair arrives. The workmanship is professional, satisfactory and the service is priced correctly. I can only say thank you for a job well done.

Reliable service. Arrived promptly as scheduled. Technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Entire system was inspected and services offered. No pressure sales. New Springs, Rollers, and Cables installed. Work was done correct and fast. Entire system has not worked this good since the house was built 22 years ago. Highly recommend Precision!

My garage door had been broken for a few weeks but I finally called Precision and they had someone out the very next day. I picked Precision for my need because we needed a new garage door back when we first moved in here two years ago. I read reviews and they were good especially when it came to warranty work. My garage door kept acting up and wouldn’t open or close. Robert West and his partner came and tried multiple things until they finally realized the motor just was not having it. They decided to just change my opener all together. What got me was that they took the time to advise me on how to keep the longevity of my opener. This was big to me due to when I got the garage door installed I was deployed over seas, so they probably kept that in mind and took the opportunity to educate me. I would recommend not only precision, but also Robert and his partner to family and friends.
