Although this wasn’t an emergency, I received a courtesy call from Brittney that Technicians were available earlier than the expected appointment time and if I was ok with this. I said yes. I was impressed from the person who came to give me a quote to the installers who removed and hauled away our old door, installed our new door and opener and even installed new trim around the door. They were prompt and courteous and did a great job. Chris Burdge, the guy who gave me the quote, was very informative and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me, in laywoman's terms. The guys who removed the old door and installed the new one were also very nice and did a great job. Don't remember their names tho.

The technician called about 20 minutes before he arrived. This was helpful because I had taken the day off and was given a window of 1000-1400. When Keith arrived, he was cordial, professional and understanding of my perceived problem. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the condition of my overhead garage door and graciously tolerated me hovering over him, explained every aspect of those conditions, and then prepared a written version of what he had told me. I was given a choice of which conditions I wanted corrected on this visit, if any. I was not pressured to have any of the conditions corrected but I was informed of all of the possible future consequences if the conditions were allowed to continue. I chose to have all of the deficiencies corrected, even though it was more expensive than I had anticipated. I feel that I received exceptional service and that my door is expertly serviced. I am pleased with the repairs, the price and most importantly, the professional manner in which the situation was handled. Before calling Precision, I researched several companies. Precision lived up to my expectations. You have a great company and, in Keith, a great representative of your company. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
