The motor on the garage door broke, called Precision at noon on a Sunday. Very nice on the call, a technician arrived by 4:00PM and had a new garage door system installed and working by 5:30PM. We got a next day appointment to have our door opener replaced. The tech call when he was 20 minutes out. He presented my options and had the equipment on the truck. He inspected and fixed the entire garage door. John was very thorough explaining the complete operation of the new door opener.

I called Precision to come out to inspect my garage door. It would open fine, but it would periodically stick coming down. It started to happen more frequently. Robert and Alejandro came out for the inspection. They recommended new rollers, bearings, and springs plus a capacitor for the opener itself. The garage door is newer and is a VERY heavy secure door and the rest of the hardware is old so I expected that analysis. I decided to repair everything but the capacitor, which they ended up throwing in anyway for free. Nice!! Door was working just fine when they left. Next day, I came home in the evening and damn, same thing; door sticking on the way down. To say I was annoyed would be putting it mildly. I called the after hours service and explained my frustration fairly strongly. MUCH to their credit, both Robert and Alejandro came out first thing the next morning and apologized and they told me they were approved to install an entire new garage door opener at no cost for the inconvenience. VERY nice!! I honestly wasn’t expecting that BUT by this show of exceptional customer service, they turned a negative experience into a very positive one and I will be recommending Precision to others if asked and you’ll be getting my business, when needed, in the future. Thanks again for your professionalism!!

Good company and service but overpriced! My garage opener door old "the board is fried" on my garage door opener and I needed a new one. Least expensive model was $599, which included $225/hour for labor. I made a big mistake agreeing to it, and he had already started when I looked on Amazon and saw I could get a 4 1/2 star rated belt-drive Chamberlain (I got the less expensive chain drive today) with Installation for $300. So I just made a bad decision! Very personable technician and prompt service (requested online service only this morning), and I used Precision for repair of my opener a few years ago, good repair at reasonable price, and I would use them again for repair, but definitely would not purchase a new opener again from Precision, only because of the extravagant part and labor cost. They did decide to give me a $50 discount and not charge tax, so I paid $550 total. Gave away $300 because I didn't stop long enough to do my research. Oh well!

Please be advised that we had quite a bit of work done on our existing garage door by Alejandro Gonzalez. He and Daron Earle arrived on time and Alejandro listened to all our concerns regarding our garage door. He wrote up 3 scenarios and explained each one explicitly. Once we made our choice, he began the work immediately. It was done to perfection and he explained everything to us once the job was completed. This was by far one of the most pleasnt experiences we’ve had with Overhead...we have used your services in the past. We can’t say enough about this young man, pleasant to talk to, polite, knowledgeable etc. etc, etc. He is definitely an asset to your company.
