Christian Walker was phenominal! He called twenty minutes away and arrived within that time. He explained my options and costs and let me decide. Work was done within a short time. He replaced the motor, "eyes", installed a new pad to open the garage door from the iside, and installed a new keypad outside the garage for ease of entry. He was professional the entire time and a pleasure to talk with. Two years ago, Precision came to my house to take care of some issues I was concerned with. Our spring broke on the garage door, on Sunday, of all days. I had hoped to go on line and find service for the upcoming week. Surprise I found precision and not only were they open on Sunday, they had someone to my house within the hour and replaced our overhead springs!!! My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of our technician, Arnold Simpson. We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We knew that some of the parts were aging and we authorized him to complete the items he had recommended. He completed the work in a timely fashion and we are very satisfied with his work. He answered all of our questions in a patient and personable manner. We will highly recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

I am so glad I went with Precisionfor my new garage door. It is exactly what I was expecting. I chose Precision because everyone I talked to about getting a new door recommended them and I wanted a company that would be there if I needed them. Melanie the technician who came out to measure was very helpful and explained all the tings I needed to do before installation. I have an older home and needed new wiring for the opener. Robert the installer was friendly and got right to work . He did the install by himself and had it done in about 4 hours. Robert explained everything I needed to know about the door and opener and he helped me move some things back in the garage and left the work area clean before he left. This is truly a 5 star company.

Used Precision a few years ago to replace an old open/close system and strengthen the door. The "new" door was a tremendous improvement. Not only the way it worked but also the additional strength it provided. And no more racket moving up and down! The up/down switch failed-called them a 9:00, repaired at 12:30 same day. Under warranty. And the service staff-top of the line.

Hiring Precision Overhead Garage Door was a great decision. Courtney helped us pick out and design two custom doors. She was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Tyler and his team of installers arrived when they said they would and did an incredible job installing both doors. Had a great experience with Precision garage door! We love our garage door ! Everyone always says how quiet it is! Well a spring broke yesterday , Precision came right out and fixed ! The tech said good news springs are covered for 7 years , ours was 6 years old. He fixed it and was set to leave. I asked “wait no charge at all? “ He said “no ma’am” . I said “not even a service call or labor fee ?” He said “ No, have a great evening” We are happy customers for sure !
