I found out the torsion spring was broken at 10 am and Jordan was out by 4 pm (same day, on a saturday). He wore a mask and social distanced, which was great. He was up front with options, pricing and provided an honest recommendation. From a little research on the web, it appeared that they are a little on the high end for pricing, but they originally installed the garage door and I wanted to stay with the same outfit. The work took roughly 30 min and he provided some maintenance tips. I highly recommend.

Technician Michael (Mick) installed a rudder under overhead garage door to keep water from leaking into garage when door is closed. Mick is a most pleasant individual, and was clear and thorough with instructions for me to follow for 24 hours after installation. ...........There's no option below to check for the product I purchased. And for service performed, I chose "door repair" which also doesn't describe very well what the job entailed. I first learned of Precision on TV and had them help with another task some time ago, so I felt comfortable calling again to take on this task. Yes, I will call again if and when need be. Thank you!

Something caused the door to get 'off track' and it wouldn't close all the way. We called Precision as they had done the initial installation. They came out very early the next day and it was fixed within the hour! Very efficient and professional.

My technician was very nice, very professional, honest. i didn’t have any other companies i contacted so i really have no room for comparison. , yet this company had a great rating and reviews. i’m satisfied, with the replacement of very old garage door springs, yet the price seemed a little steep, I am physically challenged , and i’m an ex. professional, yet as a senior it’s difficult to find honest people when it comes to repairs on my home. This is a good company , and i would call them back again.
