The bottom seal of my garage door needed replacement. The lady that answered my call was very courteous. She had a tech available the same day. The technician WayneM arrived on time, listened to what I needed repaired. He then listened to the noises my garage door made as it opened. In 45 minutes the seal was replaced and nylon rollers replaced. Great job, WayneM!! Will be happy to recommend to neighbors and friends.

Precision was precisely on point. Had an old single door garage door to literally fall off the hinges and had to make the emergency call to someone. Precision Tech Robert Trotter installed a new PDS-800 w/7' Chain Drive. Tech Trotter was knowledgeable and professional and recommended a new system PDS-800) as the old Craftsman Opener 5hp sprocket was not repairable. Tech Trotter did a nice job.

Problem with my garage door not opening. The technician Zac was great! He was friendly, quickly determined the problem, and also inspected the entire system and provided options. He was then able to quickly repair the pulley and installed a new garage door opener. Great service experience.

I called Precision Overhead Door this time because we had used them years ago for a problem with another door and they'd done a great job. This time the service was great. I was told what all my options were and the pricing for each, and even though I really wasn't able to afford to get the major repair that it needs done, the technician was totally professional and polite, and told me to give them a call if ever I changed my mind. I got a good service call for 49$ and some helpful hints as well.
