We were so impressed that a technician (Jeremy) was available to come the same day that we called for service. Jeremy did a complete review of our door and opener system. He found a couple of problems and also alerted us that it was the opener making the grinding sound we were hearing and it might be best for it to be replaced. Jeremy noticed that my husband, who has some mobility problems, was pruning some saw palmettos and stacking up a lot of debris. He volunteered to help him bag this debris and finished the job in less than 10 minutes - a great help to my husband. Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completely explained the process and also the operation of the new door opener. All in all an excellent experience. We have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

I can’t say enough to describe my satisfaction with Precision. They have and are, a FIRST CLASS operation. A five star review is truly an understatement to say the least. From the initial phone call to the mobile sales rep to job completion (including a follow up satisfaction call) and WAY BEYOND including warranty even though the reason for my knowledge of the warranty was do to operator error. If that is not enough for this review to convince you they are worthy of your business, let me say one more thing. I have had the privilege of talking to several employees of Precision and each and every one of them at some point in the conversation told me how good the company treats them all the way upto and more importantly beginning with the owner. As a retired business owner myself, this not only impressed me, it also made me look back at my career and wonder if my employees would have had the same to say about me and my company. Especially with the same enthusiasm as every employee I had interaction with from Precision. I think several would have but if I were being honest, not with a 100% rate like this company. From scheduling of service to prompt garage door repair, our experience with Precision Overhead Garage was terrific. Repair Technician Zachery Harrison was highly professional, efficient, and personable. He called ahead prividing us with an update re our appointment, he arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken coupler on our overhead garage door opener. He even showed us the broken piece which was preventing the door from opening. He did not over sell us and/or charge us for unneeded services. As a resident of Clearwater Beach it was a nice to have a quality service at a fair price. Zachery is a wonderful frontline ambassador for the Precision Overhead Garage.

Chris, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and also helped me replace my header board that was cracked and the wrong depth. Was fast at replacing my torsion springs and did a thorough inspection of my door and found two cracked hinges adjusted everything and was on his way.

Excellent service! Joshua arrived on schedule after calling to inform us he was on his way. He wore a mask while speaking with us, which we appreciated. Joshua was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He evaluated the problem and also pointed out several maintenance issues that might lead to future problems. We evaluated several options he presented, and he got to work immediately and finished up in less time than expected. The door works perfectly now!
