I filled out a form and within an hour I had a phone call telling me someone would be in touch to come out THAT DAY. Within the next hour Luke called and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. The spring on our garage door broke in half last night, rendering it useless. I made a call to the company from whom I purchased our doors, ultimately learning that our 4yr old door was out of warranty, by a year. I was to expect a call from the office in the morning as after-hours repairs would have been charged at 2.5time the normal rate and this was not a crisis. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door company, as well, and left a message.The Precision representative returned my call at 7:30AM. After she explained that no competitor could beat their price or level of customer service an appointment was made for today at noon. At the appointed time Josh & Seth arrived. They replaced the broken spring, then replaced the rollers & properly balanced the door. Other than the spring, the rest was a welcome surprise! They thoroughly tested the door's operation. It's now smooth & quiet. A couple years ago I had asked the installation company's technician if the door could be made to operate with less noise. He told me no! Without being asked Josh & Seth did just that in about 10 minutes! I'm happy to recommend Precision Overhead Door and, particularly Michele F., Josh & Seth to anyone. Thank YOU, Jim Rapp, for empowering your team members to do great work.

Jesse Burns came in, examined the issue and took care of it completely. He even inspected the door parts to make sure they are working properly.
