I filled out a form and within an hour I had a phone call telling me someone would be in touch to come out THAT DAY. Within the next hour Luke called and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. He was professional and explained everything and priced our3 different levels. Within 2 hours our door was fixed and we had a brand new opener. I would highly recommend this company and Luke R!!!!

The spring on our garage door broke in half last night, rendering it useless. I made a call to the company from whom I purchased our doors, ultimately learning that our 4yr old door was out of warranty, by a year. I was to expect a call from the office in the morning as after-hours repairs would have been charged at 2.5time the normal rate and this was not a crisis. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door company, as well, and left a message.The Precision representative returned my call at 7:30AM. After she explained that no competitor could beat their price or level of customer service an appointment was made for today at noon. At the appointed time Josh & Seth arrived. They replaced the broken spring, then replaced the rollers & properly balanced the door. Other than the spring, the rest was a welcome surprise! They thoroughly tested the door's operation. It's now smooth & quiet. A couple years ago I had asked the installation company's technician if the door could be made to operate with less noise. He told me no! Without being asked Josh & Seth did just that in about 10 minutes! I'm happy to recommend Precision Overhead Door and, particularly Michele F., Josh & Seth to anyone. Thank YOU, Jim Rapp, for empowering your team members to do great work.

My Technician was: Bryan (A) – Stewart. He arrived right on time after giving me a personal call to let me know when I could expect him. Bryan checked both my garage doors for proper operation and talked to me about what changes I needed. Then he installed two new outside garage security controls & programed them to specifications. They worked perfectly after a few minutes of installation. Then he installed a new inside wireless control on the wall near the walk-in door of the garage. That only took a few minutes and also worked perfectly. Bryan was very professional, well trained, and arrived in a well-marked, well equipped, Precision Garage Door Truck. Our repair tech was John Tsangarinos. He started asking me what my concerns were and anything I had my attention on. He then went on to perform a thorough inspection and evaluation. After that, he gave me several options and I made my choice. He then efficiently and professional fixed our Garage door including the pulleys, springs, rollers and fixed the bow in the top middle of the door. The amount of noise now after the repair also dramatically reduced. We are very happy with the repair work and would highly recommend Jon for any work he performs! Thank you.
