We discovered a broken spring around 2:30 in the afternoon - could not open the garage door! Jeremy was at our house by about 4:15. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us 3 options for repair work. We decided to go with the highest option because we hadn't had work done for quite a while. Jeremy efficiently did the work and everything was working well by 5:30. The next day we found our receipt from almost 7 years earlier and discovered that some of the items replaced were still under a 7 year warranty. We called the office - they immediately looked into it - called us back, apologized for the oversite and issued a refund for everything that was under warranty. We were very satisfied with the work and the service. Thank you.

The technician who came to repair our garage door was very professional and knowledgeable. He would definitely get a 5-star rating, however I can't say as much for the customer service team. We made an appointment for a service call between 10-2. We got a message early in the morning that a tech was available right away if we could see him earlier than the scheduled time. My husband called back a few minutes later and spoke to a rep (who sounded half-asleep) and told her we could do the earlier appointment. She said he would be here within the half hour. An hour later, nobody had come. I called the office and got someone who told me my husband's return call had never been logged. She apologized and said she would get the tech out ASAP and that he was only 10 minutes away. An hour later, my husband called back because nobody had come yet. Eventually he arrived and proceeded to do a great job. However, the ladies who are handling the calls left a lot to be desired.

Austin Orton was very helpful and clearly explained what the issues were, what our options would be and the estimated time to complete the repair. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. it is a pleasure to deal with a company that has employees like Austin.

The horizontal torsion spring broke around 2pm and Precision was able to come around 4:30pm to repair it. Luke Rose, the technician, is probably the nicest and friendliest person I have ever met. The garage door now opens and closes quietly and smoothly. Thank you, Luke. And thank you Precision for having such nice and competent employee.

Clearwater location. Robert Clausen was the Tech. I needed a different Garage door company. Robert was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. Solved my immediate issue by replacing the opener with an opener that will be appropriate for a future door. Explained to me about a "balanced door" and why mine could not be balanced because the door vendor that replaced the springs in October 2022 used the wrong springs. Advised about the bearings being slowly cut into. Advised not immediately but in the not too distant future I will find myself needing a new door which is at this time approximately 3K for basic hurricane rated door. This is very helpful so I can starting putting away a couple hundred dollars a month so the dollar impact will not be as painful. Great customer experience. I will call Precision back when I am ready to replace the door.

Precision installed a new door 11 years ago that performed flawlessly during this time. Sunday a spring broke. I called Precision Sunday morning and Brian Harmon arrived at 4 that afternoon. Springs were replaced, the door was serviced and we are hoping to get another 11 years before we have to call Precision again.

Our garage door opener was not working, so called for repair technician to come out. Appointment was made for the next day and James arrived on time. He was friendly & professional and checked out our entire door, springs and opener. He advised us that the springs were almost 20 years old and our opener motor was old and under powered for the door size & needed a replacement belt. He explained our options to repair our present system, or other options available to replace what we needed to have a better functioning door and better opener. We opted for replacement of springs and opener motor that fit our budget. James did a great job installing our new system, & explaining how to use it and its features. He even programmed the new opener to our cars. Now our door is quiet and works smooth & easy. We're very happy with our new system, thanks to James.

My name is Pat. I've been living in Largo for 9 years. Around that time I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace my garage door. During the past several years, I began noticing my ceiling slowly dropping. One area in particular. The garage door supports were not properly installed when I had the new garage put in. I called to report it. I must admit, I was a little harsh to the lady who answered the phone and took notes onmy complaints. Within minutes, two gentlemen cam yo my house to checkout the ceiling and knew immediately what was wrong. Their names? Bob and Travis. Within minutes I knw they were not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but they were very helpful and respectful. I apologized for my my actions on the phone. After they repaired the runner, and also offered to pay for the damages to my ceiling...What? We talked about, where they were from. Sports,Tom Brady and my past occupation, Music. I could go on and on. I want everyone to know I'm giving, not a 5 star, but a 10 star, to Precision, and their employees for their quick response. Sufficient repair. Garage door needed replacing. I called Precision and a tech came out next day. Bryan and I discussed different options and once the proper opener was selected he immediately set to work removing the old unit and installing the new unit. He worked efficiently and the job was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. He even adjusted the door springs that were installed by Precision several years ago. He also reprogrammed our cars on-board opener. All the while answering any questions I presented to him. Great service Bryan!

The GFI breaker on the garage door opener motor tripped during a storm with lightning. I called the office and the friendly young lady set an appointment. The Precision "tech" arrived on time and found the tripped GFI right away. I had checked the breaker box but forgot the GFI in the wall "plug in." I was willing to pay for a service call but was told no charge for a simple fix. I will continue to use Precision for all my work. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all.
