Excellent service broken spring on my garage door repaired on a Sunday evening at no additional charge for the weekend and the technician Robert Clausen was very pleasant and efficient. Called in the morning re: an issue with my garage door. Came out that afternoon. On time, very nice, listened to my issue. Took time to try and correct it. Was told if that didn’t seem to work over the next few days just g all and they’d come back out.

I needed a new motor/rail for my door and got three prices. The most expensive one was $1,400 and the tech also recommended $1000 in parts that were “worn.” Total-$2400! Another company installed a motor/rail system balanced the door provided two remotes etc for $525 and did all that with 5stat service. I know you have to pay for all the expensive tv Advertizing you do but really???

Andy not only replaced an 18 year old motor with worn out gears, he took a do-it-yourself old install and made if better, neater, quieter and safer. Very professional and personable and I felt he did the work like it was his own garage.
