$1325. was a sticker shock for (one) Genie garage door opener including tracking and installation. In hindsight I regret that I didn’t shop to compare. Other than the price, the service was great, and the technician was courteous and professional.

This is an update to my original review on August 2. To my surprise, I received a call from a Customer Service Manager, Alex, at Precision Doors. She kindly listened to my pricing issue and agreed that it was a communication break between what was discussed at the time of installation. Alex assured me that Precision Doors prides their company on quality products, workmanship, and fair pricing. She went on to say that customer satisfaction is very important to them, and she offered to amend the original invoice to accommodate the issue I had with pricing. I’ve never before had a company reach out to me to offer a compromise and a genuine concern of maintaining old fashion customer service. Thank you Precision Door and Alex for your fairness, quality product and service. I am a Happy Customer with 5 ?? ????????

Excellent service! Joshua arrived on schedule after calling to inform us he was on his way. He wore a mask while speaking with us, which we appreciated. Joshua was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He evaluated the problem and also pointed out several maintenance issues that might lead to future problems. We evaluated several options he presented, and he got to work immediately and finished up in less time than expected. The door works perfectly now!

Couldn’t believe I called at 2:00 pm and Stefan arrived before 4:00. Our garage door was not opening. It had frayed wires and broken springs. Stefan was excellent. He reviewed all options with no pressure. He was the best technician, thorough and efficient. I will highly recommend Precision and Stefan to everyone!!

Christian Walker was phenominal! He called twenty minutes away and arrived within that time. He explained my options and costs and let me decide. Work was done within a short time. He replaced the motor, "eyes", installed a new pad to open the garage door from the iside, and installed a new keypad outside the garage for ease of entry. He was professional the entire time and a pleasure to talk with. Two years ago, Precision came to my house to take care of some issues I was concerned with. I was impressed then and had no hesitation to call this time, as I knew what a great job your company provided me then. And, I won't hesitate to recommend your company in the future.

Our spring broke on the garage door, on Sunday, of all days. I had hoped to go on line and find service for the upcoming week. Surprise I found precision and not only were they open on Sunday, they had someone to my house within the hour and replaced our overhead springs!!! Oh and NO additional fee for a weekend servicd call!! From the initial phone call to the completed service, to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Friendly, fast, and prompt!!! My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of our technician, Arnold Simpson. We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We knew that some of the parts were aging and we authorized him to complete the items he had recommended. He completed the work in a timely fashion and we are very satisfied with his work. He answered all of our questions in a patient and personable manner. We will highly recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

I am so glad I went with Precisionfor my new garage door. It is exactly what I was expecting. I chose Precision because everyone I talked to about getting a new door recommended them and I wanted a company that would be there if I needed them. Melanie the technician who came out to measure was very helpful and explained all the tings I needed to do before installation. I have an older home and needed new wiring for the opener. Robert the installer was friendly and got right to work . He did the install by himself and had it done in about 4 hours. Robert explained everything I needed to know about the door and opener and he helped me move some things back in the garage and left the work area clean before he left. This is truly a 5 star company.

Used Precision a few years ago to replace an old open/close system and strengthen the door. The "new" door was a tremendous improvement. Not only the way it worked but also the additional strength it provided. And no more racket moving up and down! The up/down switch failed-called them a 9:00, repaired at 12:30 same day. Under warranty. And the service staff-top of the line.

Hiring Precision Overhead Garage Door was a great decision. Courtney helped us pick out and design two custom doors. She was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Tyler and his team of installers arrived when they said they would and did an incredible job installing both doors.
