I heard a commercial on my tv and called immediately. Your company had benn recommended to me and your ad remind Ed me to call. I did and a service person was dispatched within an hour. The young man had wired for the company so 6 years and got right to work. It was great to have a knowledgeable person give me options and perform the tasked needed to complete the job immediately. The installer was kind , considerate and so very helpful. The job was completed in an hour and he is on to the next job!

I would not have even given a 1 star but I had to just to make the review. We had a new construction project. Percision was quick to come out but was endless promises after. I let Cristina know I was on a time crunch. Needed the quote in 2 weeks, she said she would have it to me the following day, wouldn't need that long. That never happened. I gave 4 days and asked her. She had lost ALL of our information. She again said she would have it to me that afternoon. Again she disappeared. I called the office number they said they would get a message to her. A 1.5 went by and still no Cristina. She called said 10 min that never happened. I got sick of chasing her and never following through. Went with another company.

For over 20 years, we have used Precision Garage for all our garage needs, and have been 100% satisfied. It is a terrific company. Every employee we've ever had any contact with has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. We recently had an issue with our hurricane doors. We called the company to learn our options, and they scheduled Austin Orton, a Precision tech, to follow up with us and assess the situation. Austin determined that our issue was 100% covered by the Precision warranty, and scheduled a complete replacement of our doors, at no cost to us. Yesterday, the new doors were installed, I believe the installers were Andy Peck and Andrew Lachance. Like the other Precision employees, they were both terrific. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific!
