I was very pleased with the service I received for broken springs on my garage door. I called them a couple days later because my pin pad and remote control openers were no longer working. Chris came by within the hour and fixed everything in a snap and made my life much easier. Please ask for him, because he is the best. Thanks so much.

From the beginning I made the appointment to completion of the service I could not be any happier. My appointment was between 2-6 but I was called & told a technician was available around noon & was asked if I would like for the work to be done sooner. Manuel Planos was on time, very professional answered all my questions & concerns, completed the work efficiently & wanted to make sure I was not only happy with the product but also with his work. I would say everyone I have ever met with the company either on the phone or the technician it has been a positive, respectful and friendly experience.

One Star for one reason - PRICE Maybe two reasons - the price menu tablet - al la carte style is very confusing and misleading. The tech was great and professional - he was trained well how to make the company the most profit. He did a fine job and everything works well. I guess this is the world we live in now. I have used Precision before and they were great. A tech would show up look at the problem and give you a fair price for repair. Not now - seems the company has valued profit over customer needs. I should have compared companies and gotten several estimates. If this is the going rate for this type of work than I am getting old to fast and wise to late.

Kind of a rip off turns out. Charged $1215 to install a new genie Genie 3120 belt drive garage door opener which can be purchased from Amazon for around $400. It took one technician about two hours to install it after concluding my old opener was unrepairable. So that labor works out to about $$400 per hour. Pretty pricey!!!

Called Precision late Saturday afternoon because our garage door was suddenly stuck open. I was so thankful that Precision sent a technician out almost immediately -- arriving at 8:30 pm. John D. was amazing in analyzing the situation and fixing the door. He wrapped up his repair by 10 pm, allowing us to get a good night's sleep in a secure home. I have used Precision Door Service the entire time we've lived in the Tampa Bay area and they have never let me down. Sincere thanks to Precision and kudos to John for his tremendous attitude and ability to resolve our issue in a timely fashion. A+
