Garrett was our installer. He was on time & personable. He did a complete explanation of and written evaluation with our options after finding the garage door motor to have a bad control board, since our unit was 18 years old we decided to place it. Garrett again gave us written estimates and we chose to replace the garage door opener with a new modern unit and. he then programmed our vehicle to our new unit and demonstrated everything. Thank you Garrett for making it so easy for us. I will surely recommend and use Precision overhead Garage Door Service again.

Precision Garage Doors installed my garage door in 2009. I’ve had technicians here to replace the keypad and after Hurricane Irma, some hinges that showed stress cracks. Today was just supposed to be the keypad, but Travis, my technician asked about the noise and he ended up replacing a fair amount of parts. Travis took the time to explain each step as he did them. He gave me a time frame in which the work would be finished, and it was. If I need someone again I’m going to ask for Travis.
