Grant was my tech. Very knowledgeable and good manors. The repairs was much more than I would have liked to have, but it had to be done. Grant did the work very quickly and gave us two additional remote openers and a new keypad for outside. Overall happy with the repair.

Craig called ahead, showed up on time. I explained my issue to him and he went thru his checks. He then outlined my options, allowing me to select the items to replace. I also selected some new springs and bearings. He performed the work, briefed me on operation of the new opener, (my old one was over 20 years old), so the new one worked a little differently. Completed cleanup and on to the next job. Very happy with the experience.

Precision Doors make it "super" easy to have our new door installed in only two days. The service techs were efficient, friendly, and reliable as far as arriving and finishing. They explained the mechanical aspects of the door and were very knowledgeable.

Disappointed with the outcome of our service call. The primary issue was a single broken spring. When Service person came out they replaced the spring under Warranty (spring replaced by Precision less than 3 years ago), but they also performed a hard sell on my wife to have the unbroken spring replaced and three other parts due to "potential safety" issues. So where my bill should have been just a Service Charge for the Warranty work, Service Tech basically strong armed my wife into thinking we needed all the other work that cost almost $1,000. I feel we were taken advantage of by the Service Tech.

We had just 2 days before bought the golf cart of my husbands dreams. But on delivery, it did not fit in the garage ! panic mode , how could we keep this beautiful cart outside . Don't waste your time going to someone else. These guys are always SO responsive, professional and best of all "happy". Never grumpy! I called precision because I needed to have my broken opener assessed for repair quickly to facilitate the sale of my house. On coming out, the technician evaluated the opener and pronounced it broken beyond repair, which I was confident was the case. I didn't want to have a new unit installed in a house I'm preparing to sell so the technician led me through the process of replacement so I could pick up a cheap unit at Home Depot and install it myself. I've always trusted precision with my needs, but this display of honesty went above and beyond. Thanks precision!
