I have had your service on multiple occasions over the years. I was first made aware of you by TV Commercials and your statement that you can provide service all week long at the same rate caught my attention. Since the first time your service techs have serviced my garage door, I've been impressed with their professionalism. I still am, and most recently I had my garage door made new (except for the panels) everything was replaced and it now operates extremely smoothly and I won't need to have any work done for 10 years probably. Well worth the effort performed.

My garage door failed me late Friday afternoon. Even though it was after 5 PM, I called Precision and was surprised that someone answered the phone. They actually set me up with an appointment for the next day on Saturday. Arnold came out before noon and did a great job!!! Very rare to get such fast and efficient service. Arnold Simpson was amazing! He is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. Kind of a rip off turns out. Charged $1215 to install a new genie Genie 3120 belt drive garage door opener which can be purchased from Amazon for around $400. It took one technician about two hours to install it after concluding my old opener was unrepairable. So that labor works out to about $$400 per hour. Pretty pricey!!!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of our technician, Arnold Simpson. We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We knew that some of the parts were aging and we authorized him to complete the items he had recommended. He completed the work in a timely fashion and we are very satisfied with his work. He answered all of our questions in a patient and personable manner. We will highly recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Service man was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Was not happy with cost of replacement of opener/motor. Cost on line for pricing of garage door motors were less than half of what you charged. Would be beneficial to the senior citizens in the area to note that perhaps a discount could help in replacement costs in the future.
