Kind of a rip off turns out. Charged $1215 to install a new genie Genie 3120 belt drive garage door opener which can be purchased from Amazon for around $400. It took one technician about two hours to install it after concluding my old opener was unrepairable. So that labor works out to about $$400 per hour. Pretty pricey!!!

We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We knew that some of the parts were aging and we authorized him to complete the items he had recommended. He completed the work in a timely fashion and we are very satisfied with his work. Cost on line for pricing of garage door motors were less than half of what you charged. Would be beneficial to the senior citizens in the area to note that perhaps a discount could help in replacement costs in the future.
