Arnold Simpson was amazing! He is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced 4 garage door openers and the accessories included all by himself with the nicest attitude in a short amount of time. He also made sure all our vehicles were synchronized to the new openers. I wish that all repairmen that visit my home were more like him. Kind of a rip off turns out. Charged $1215 to install a new genie Genie 3120 belt drive garage door opener which can be purchased from Amazon for around $400. It took one technician about two hours to install it after concluding my old opener was unrepairable. So that labor works out to about $$400 per hour. Pretty pricey!!!
