Joshua did a fantastic job explaining my garage door issues and followed up with a solution. The estimate that I received from the office could have been better presented for non industry workers. I’m waiting for the office to open up on Monday to get some clarifications so I can present the estimate to my customer.

I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to everyone. I have referred 3 new customers to Precison and all of these 3 new customers were very satisfied with the service they received. Today I had problems with my garage door keypad. Joshua Figueroa and his new trainee Alfredo came on the same day I called and they were very professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Excellent service! Joshua arrived on schedule after calling to inform us he was on his way. He wore a mask while speaking with us, which we appreciated. Joshua was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He evaluated the problem and also pointed out several maintenance issues that might lead to future problems. We evaluated several options he presented, and he got to work immediately and finished up in less time than expected. The door works perfectly now!

Josh did a great job! The best part was I love to know how things work and see it all. I didn't have to ask because Josh showed me everything as he went and checked in periodically to ensure I was good with the process. It's not easy to get excited about a garage door opener but the new opener is night and day difference. I really want to give a big shout out to Joshua Figueroa, Jeremy Rossi & Danielle (Assistant Office Mgr). Joshua came out to install new springs. He was extremely polite and professional. While talking we shared some stories and he indicated that we may need a new motor. I informed him of some things going on with me health wise not expecting it to go any further than between him and I. Next thing I get a call from Danielle saying Mr Figueroa informed her of my situation and long story short they installed a new motor. Jeremy came out and he too was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend this company whenever you need your garage door repaired for any reason. The spring on our garage door broke. I called pre ision because of their commercials on bay New nine. It was a quick and painless process to book the appointment.
