Professional service from start to finish. My technician, Arnold, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I appreciated that he adhered to CDC guidelines at all times while here. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision about my repair, explained everything and demonstrated what was different and how everything worked. I especially like that he will be my personal technician if I need help during the warranty.

Technician Arnold Simpson called to let us know when he would arrive and to our delight it was the early part of the 4 hour window. He was quite professional and explained everything in detail. He safely got the door open and secured it so we could move our cars out and give him enough space to work. He worked efficiently and demonstrated to us the proper way to lubricate the moving parts. Very satisfied with the company and the service.

Arnold, our technician is a consummate professional. He called when he was 20 minutes away to make sure we knew he was coming (it was early). When he arrived he examined the door and all its components (springs, wheels, door hinges, etc.). He then told me what needed to be replaced and then wrote up each replacement task with 2 costs based on which new component I would purchase. We had a discussion of each alternative at he end of which I picked which springs I wanted, which new motor I wanted and which belt system I wanted. When I was done, Arnold tallied up the costs. I agreed and he began to work. He gave me a 2 hour estimate and finished up in about 1 and 1/2 hours. He then went over everything he had done and pointed out that the wheels on the door were good for another 2-3 years but, should I hear a clacking sound when the door is going up or down, I should call Precision and get them replaced. Arnold also showed me where he replace some missing screw hinges and how he attached the trolley to the door so that it was above a crack in the metal piece that was attached to the door.He also noted that the rubber and the bottom of the door was worn but, since I had no evidence of water damage, I could hold off on replacing that item for awhile. Arnold then programed the new key code box, the wall opener the openers built into my two cars and the new and the old portable remote controls. I was presented with the bill which exactly matched the estimate. I selected Precision because of some recommendations from neighbors. In the future I will be the neighbor recommending Precision to others.

We have an old double garage door that was unreliable. We had everything replaced. Everything except for the door itself to avoid permitting and the extra cost. Arnold did a great job. It now operates like new. The cost was more than we expected but we are happy with the work so it was worth it.

The motor on the garage door broke, called Precision at noon on a Sunday. Very nice on the call, a technician arrived by 4:00PM and had a new garage door system installed and working by 5:30PM. Great service by Technician, Arnold Simpson. Reasonably priced. Definatively will call them again and highly recommend them to anyone! There are who they advertise themselves to be on TV. 5 Stars!!!! Our garage door opener stopped receiving input from our remotes. Arnold diagnosed the issue with it and explained our options. We chose to get a new unit and Arnold had the work completed very quickly. This all happened on the same day we called! Arnold was very nice and professional and we will definitely recommend him and Precision to everyone.
