I called today around noon. They gave me a window from 2pm to 4pm. The technician George showed up at 2pm on the nose. George inspected what needed to be done and also what could be a problem down the road. I asked him to just repair the broken spring due to my time is limited at this residence. George was great and fast, also very respectful. Price was reasonable as well.

When I was comparing door installation firms, I asked each of them to provide me with as much detail as possible. Specifically, I asked for the manufacturer the door. The gauge of the metal used what kind of insulation material the R value, the wind rating etc, etc. Precision was the only firm that was able to provide me with all of the specifics that I was looking for right during the estimate phase. Other people I had to chase down for the information. Precision was competitively priced, in fact, a little bit lower than other quotes, and the level of the workmanship is truly outstanding. I have a background in construction and a background and performing inspections. So I stood by and just watched the installers work. I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship and by the meticulous attention to detail. I am very, very pleased.

Precision Garage Doors was extremely quick and responsive. They came out immediately and rectified the issue. The technician, Braxton, was very kind and respectful. The only issue was the repair cost which was extremely high. From a relative who recently had the same problem repaired, it was approximately double. We needed an immediate repair, concerned we had a safety issue, so overall we were very happy otherwise.

Jesus came to check out why the door was squeaking/shrieking when opening. I had lubed it multiple times but he showed me the correct places to spray which solved the problem. He was very patient and cordial and left behind a happy customer.
