Precision garage doors of Clearwater sent a tech out immediately and from the time I called, to it being fixed was less than an hour! Chris Enlow was our tech and did an amazing job with great customer service. We were so happy we immediately had him out to our other property for repairs as well! Thank you Chris and Precision!

Chad, the Precision Tech, was very friendly and did a great job. Very professional, Chad rebalanced the door and lubricated everything. The price was better than I thought it would be. I had another company give me an estimate and they were nickel and diming me on everything. Highly recommend them.

Our garage door wouldn’t open this morning. My husband called Precision Garage Door Service. We used them last year when the garage springs broke. The technician ( Luis Pizarro) arrived within 35 minutes. He explained what was the cause and what needed to be done to fix it. He was very personable, knowledgeable and seemed to do a great job.

Love these guys. My residence has commercial garage doors so more of a problem - However Precision was there for each failing door in a prompt, honest and amazing fix. The only down side is that we will not have to use Precision again for the next 20 or so years!!!

I used your company before and everything went smoothly. Your service man knew exactly what was wrong fixed it and everything was find again. We as customers don't realize the use we put our garage doors through. I use my door as my primary in and out door. I upgraded springs so as to extend there life in years. Also going to start a yearly tuneup service that adjust spring tension lube motor, tracks, and so much more. Wow can't even hear the door go up and down! Thank you Precision...

Completely happy! Josh F called when they were on their way. They explained what needed to be done and why, they told me the costs, and then explained how to work everything. They were friendly, funny, competent, and hard-working in this heat. Kudos also to Josette who took my call. The entire experience was excellent and lived up to the reviews that caused me to choose you. A million stars! *****

My garage door opener wasn't working and I called Precision at 10:26. They set up an appointment for me between 12-4. Doug called at 11:40 to tell me he was on his way. Upon his arrival at 11:58, he found that the left spring had snapped. This would be $378 to fix by itself. He made other, prudent recommendations, but I just had him fix the one. He respected the house and the vehicles in the garage and finished within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Precision and would not hesitate to use the company or Doug for my next repair or upgrade.

Precision Garage Door is my GO TO place. They really know what they are doing and are very honest. They do not try to sell you something you don't need. And if it can be fixed and it's worth it...they will not try to sell you a brand new product. They are always on time, professional and courteous. I have worked with them for over 25 years. Just the best company!
