So very pleased with the experience and end result. Ed Lucchesi assessed and found that the old opener was failing and emitting a signal that was opening my door on its own (not a good feeling in the middle of the night!). He installed a new Linear, belt drive and all new rollers. He lubricated everything and, honestly, it is SO quiet now. Ed was clearly highly-skilled and super friendly. There was no pressure to replace parts that were still alright and I will definitely call again (and request Ed) should the need arise. I highly recommend Precision.

He arrivaled on time and was both professional and knowledgeable. My door was old and several crucial parts badly needed to be replaced.
