When we decided what we wanted to do, he began immediately to make the repair...we were very satisfied with his technical ability to do the install required and in his ability to communicate our options in a way we could understand. Keith came out to our house to give our garage door a tune-up. He suggested we think about replacing the original motor and we agreed the garage door made a tremendous amount of noise. We decided to replace the opener and within an hour it was done. He ended up coming back to our house later in the evening to replace the outside control panel that was not operating properly. The entire time, Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Precision to others-thank you!
