My garage door would only open about 2 feet. I asked one of my neighbors if he could recommend a garage door company and he said Precision. He was happy with the service. So I called and they scheduled me right away. The technician was actually early - both he and a very pleasant gal from Precision called me to ask if it was okay if he did arrive early. Ed, the technician, was a great guy and diagnosed the problem, explained and showed it to me - then replaced the broken spring. Good service, nice people, I feel I can trust them - I'm a happy camper! I would recommend them to anyone who needed garage door service.
