They show up when they say they will, their techs are well trained to perform the services that I needed. Don't bother to shop the other door companies, it doesn't cost anymore to get the best. The cables on my single door garage door came off while I was opening the door. The spring was intact so I was not sure why this had happened. I called Precision and setup a appointment. The technician was prompt and called before his arrival. The technician troubleshot the issue and explained that the springs were worn out and most likely caused the cables to come off. He explained the options for repair and we discussed the cost. We agreed on the single door repair and I asked him for recommendations on the other garage door. I decided to go ahead and have the other door serviced at the same time. I did not feel pressured in any manner and the technician was very professional. I did not check around for other prices but the cost of the material seemed in line to what I saw on the internet. I needed some additional parts due to the age of the doors. This is where you need to trust the garage technician and I was good with what he had recommended. The overall cost was more then I anticipated but I feel I got a professional job at a fair price. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.
