I was so pleased with the work that was performed by the service technician Keith. He was very nice and personable. He explained the service to repair the rollers and understood my situation with preparing the house for a sale next year and my crazy travel schedule for work. When he recommended the additional repairs for the springs and bearing assembly I had no problem to accept the recommendation. He explained that the garage door mechanisms in the current condition would not have passed inspection. The door works super smooth and almost silent now. Keith completed the repairs within the estimated time that he told me. I would have no problem using your company again and would be pleased to have Keith work at my home again. Thank you so much.

Great customer service. Technician Craig Earle, took the time to explain what was causing the problem with the door and the action he took to correct the problem.
