Richard gave us a GOOD (Competitive) Quote, So, we Ok'ed the Estimate & are Scheduled to have a Completely New Garage Opener & Door System Installed in the next few days. I had a garage door and belt drive opener installed this month.Rebecca was the estimator,Franklin did the initial install and Ross did some troubleshooting and installed the trim.They were all 5 star ! Customer service,Danielle and (I think her name is)Nicole were extremely pleasant and efficient. Any and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. I would and will use Precision again.

Jose Rosario was my Service Tech. He arrived at the top end of my appointment time frame, which was greatly appreciated. I pointed out the broken braces I'd found and he found more. When he installed the new ones he used longer bolts for added strength. I added an item to the service call, which wasn't an issue. Jose was personable and polite, and while I'd rather not have had a problem, Jose made the issue bearable. If I need work done in the future, I'd request Jose Rosario to be my Service Tech.

Service guy was fast, polite, and professional. Pricing was absurd, ~$100 worth of parts from any retail store and about an hour of labor to change a spring and they billed me $900. If we werent in a rush, we would have gone with another vendor. It costs $850 for a new door installed with parts, why does replacing a few parts cost the same? I left them a message on this and no response.
