I thought I may have needed a new garage door, however, Noah, the repair person was able to save it. Although it was more expensive than I was planning, Noah did a great job - not only repairing but reinforcing which made me feel secure in case of a hurricane. I must commend Noah - he is such a nice, polite, respectful young man.

The new garage door started to get louder overtime, so they sent the technician Wolf Muisener to check it out. He did an outstanding job fixing the issue and he actually waited for me for over half an hour to get home. Very friendly and definitely very knowledgeable.

Installed a new motor and belt, rail, torsion cable and electronics, repaired movable and other parts of the door as needed, and patiently answered all our questions. Provided three repair alternatives with varying warranties for our selection.

I know you exclusively from TV. I was long overdue for tending to my overhead door...needing new bottom panel and rubber seal to keep water out. Dorian Hurricane threat prompted me to tend to the door sooner than later, so I was pleasantly surprised about your 24/7 service and was given an appointment for the very next day. Individual who showed up was extremely personable, pleasant, honest, and went the distance by spraying all door joints, making the door surprisingly quieter....in addition to having installed a new rudder at bottom of door and pounding out a slight dent in middle of bottom panel. He couldn't replace the bottom panel because Precision doesn't cover the brand of door I purchased 15+ years ago, which didn't matter because quality of the end product of work was excellent and well deserving of a 5 star rating.

the company sent out a tech within hours of my call. Bob arrived and was very courteous and professional. he showed and explained to me what the issue was. He had all the necessary parts to do the job on his truck and although it was getting late he assured me he could complete the job, which he did. It took him about 2 1/2 hours and the job was complete, cleaned up and I was completely satisfied. Bob is an asset to your company.

The service from your Sales Adviser to the contact with the initial call to get information was Class "A" Yesterday I had an accident with my "old garage door" so knowing we have some bad weather predicted, I called to see if I could get pricing on a new door and possibility of immediate installation. Brittney Seymour, Garage Door Designer was here in close to 2 hours and advise me of what Garage Doors were available and worked up a price. Within 25 minutes I was sold on the quality of the company and the product. She asked when I would like the replacement door installed, kidding, I asked, how about tomorrow, She made a call to the office and they said OK and gave me a time frame when the installer would arrive today. A great installer arrived on time, made some measurements and had my new door installed in less than 4 hours. My son also has used Precision for several replacements. very pushy sales. I only need my spring replaced and the guy add up some unnecessary parts which i need to buy or else they wont give me the warranty. They did not fixed my garage problem because they told me after they replaced the spring that my coupler in my garage opener is broken and needed to replace a new motor for $950. I immediately say NO to them and call another company which is INTEGRITY GARAGE and they fix it for $15 the coupler and now my garage is fix and operating smoothly. Beware dont be blinded and fooled by their google reviews. These guys are pushy and all they want is profit. They should assessed my garage problem before doing something on it. I spend $350 for spring replacement. they told me over the phone $240. I will never recommend this company. complete bogus.

Very reliable and efficient service. I used Precision three years ago to install my system. My digital keypad quit working and wouldn’t respond to reprogramming. The service rep replaced the keypad with an updated version and successfully assisted me in reprogramming.

My programmed Key Pad Wasn't working. Justin reprogrammed the key pad but also explained how this could happen. I'm taking his recommendation to get a Surge Protector for the Garage Door Opener plug. Justin was a quality professional during the entire process. I would highly recommend Precision based not only on the quality of the product, but the quality of their Staff.

The technician ( Isaiah ) arrived and checked over the garage door system at our request. The existing system was about 21 years old and appeared to have lacked maintenance. The technician showed us all the things that he felt were worn and he recommended that they should be replaced. We chose to go ahead and follow his recommendations. We had a new motor, drive belt, main springs, hinges and rollers installed and lubricated as required. The work was completed in a few hours. There was no high pressure sales involved by the technician. We are very happy with the work done and how smooth the door operates.
