I was very pleased with Christopher the young man that came out for my initial call. We discovered that I had some issues with my springs and rollers and reprogramming my keypad and remote. He helped me synch up mynew car to the garage door as well. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently to get the job completed in a timely matter. I would definitely call for service again.

I mainly chose Precision after watching a You tube video as to lubrication and maintenance of garage door..and great reviews on social media. Chris Carelas was the service technician; arrived right on schedule. Very congenial individual and does know His stuff. Very knowledgeable technician. Reprogrammed door opener and at His very knowledgeable counseling I did chose to change out the roller bearings ...which made a big, huge difference as to functionality. Garage Door needed that ..it is close to 20 years old..No pressure just valuable Garage Door Maintenance Tip and I thanked Him for the advice. Justin came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and made appropriate adjustments. Then, he took the time to explain proper preventative maintenance procedures and lube points I wouldn't have been otherwise aware of. Great customer satisfaction.

I called on a Saturday to schedule a repair appointment for Monday. They offered me a Saturday window but it wasn’t necessary. Chris showed up early in the window and was able to repair the door springs as well as replace my opener same day within a few hours. He was very professional and didn’t ty to oversell me. Highly recommended

I thought I may have needed a new garage door, however, Noah, the repair person was able to save it. Although it was more expensive than I was planning, Noah did a great job - not only repairing but reinforcing which made me feel secure in case of a hurricane. I must commend Noah - he is such a nice, polite, respectful young man.

The new garage door started to get louder overtime, so they sent the technician Wolf Muisener to check it out. He did an outstanding job fixing the issue and he actually waited for me for over half an hour to get home. Very friendly and definitely very knowledgeable.

I know you exclusively from TV. I was long overdue for tending to my overhead door...needing new bottom panel and rubber seal to keep water out. Dorian Hurricane threat prompted me to tend to the door sooner than later, so I was pleasantly surprised about your 24/7 service and was given an appointment for the very next day. Individual who showed up was extremely personable, pleasant, honest, and went the distance by spraying all door joints, making the door surprisingly quieter....in addition to having installed a new rudder at bottom of door and pounding out a slight dent in middle of bottom panel. He couldn't replace the bottom panel because Precision doesn't cover the brand of door I purchased 15+ years ago, which didn't matter because quality of the end product of work was excellent and well deserving of a 5 star rating.

the company sent out a tech within hours of my call. Bob arrived and was very courteous and professional. he showed and explained to me what the issue was. He had all the necessary parts to do the job on his truck and although it was getting late he assured me he could complete the job, which he did. It took him about 2 1/2 hours and the job was complete, cleaned up and I was completely satisfied. Bob is an asset to your company.

The service from your Sales Adviser to the contact with the initial call to get information was Class "A" Yesterday I had an accident with my "old garage door" so knowing we have some bad weather predicted, I called to see if I could get pricing on a new door and possibility of immediate installation. Brittney Seymour, Garage Door Designer was here in close to 2 hours and advise me of what Garage Doors were available and worked up a price. Within 25 minutes I was sold on the quality of the company and the product. She asked when I would like the replacement door installed, kidding, I asked, how about tomorrow, She made a call to the office and they said OK and gave me a time frame when the installer would arrive today. A great installer arrived on time, made some measurements and had my new door installed in less than 4 hours. My son also has used Precision for several replacements.
