Great experience. I have used Precision in the past great services. I called to schedule an evaluation of the garage systems in a home newly purchased. The service team had a service tech in the area and was an to schedule me within the hour. Tech was knowledgeable. He did not market or pitch sales. Senior Residential Technician Matt Leto came out to my residence to replace the keyless garage entry pad on a garage door that I had installed several years ago. Matt was excellent. They came out and two guys spend 2 hrs chasing down the problem. They determined what the problem is, but was outside their ability to fix it. Not their fault. My home was getting a mysterious RF signal blocking my remotes... Because they were't able to fix this there was no charge! I highly respect this company. Thanks for everything

Percision Garage Doors always shows up on time (sometimes early). Their reps are always polite, respectful, and very knowledgable. They evaluate what is needed with my garage door each time and then are honest about what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait. Arnold S. was the rep who came out to fix our garage door today. He was very respectful, took his time to explain everything, showed us what needed repaired, gave us estimates, did not pressure us, and fixed the garage door. This was our third time using Percision Garage Doors. I feel I can trust them to be honest and address what is needed.

According to Angie's list the average price of a new garage door opener with installation is $300-500. Mine was $699. Unfortunately, my internet was down or I would have been able to figure out I could have replaced the same brand I had for half of the price. The opener I ended up with is Precision's own brand of which I can find no reviews at all. Despite costing much more it does not have the dual lights or motion sensor my old one had.

This was by far the worst attempt by a salesman to get us to purchase a garage door repair that entalied replacing all the components. Knowing we wanted to get a new door that comes with all new components. And we had a car trapped. According the salesman he could not fix the door without replacing all the parts. Even though we agreed we would purchase a door. He stated we would have to wait until next Tuesday for the new door install before the car could get out.

It's not everyday something goes wrong with your garage door or garage door equipment, but, it's nice to know you can contact a service provider with no emergency call charges (which can be very expensive). I have been using Precision Garages Door service for years, and they have yet to let me down with workmanship, warranties and most of all fair pricing. So many good qualities, and a company I will strongly recommend to anyone needing prompt and quality service the same day you contact them.
