Thank you so much for your quick response to our garage door issue. We were stuck and could not get to church because the doors would not open. Moreover, I have an older Genie "Excellerator" opener and the parts were not available. The technician suggested a "work-around" and repaired the doors in less than an hour. Doors spring (16 years old) had broken and door not able to be opened. (too heavy) Precision tech John Tsangarinos and helper Jesse analysed all my problems and gave me two separate quotes to repair the door. One with a one year warranty and one with a five year warranty. I had just spent over $1,200 two years ago with another company, with now warranty, and door had crashed again. I asked for the 5 year warranty fix. Precision team installed the best springs, new rollers and bears, plus they beefed up the LiftMaster attachment to the door, where cracks were showing up in the door. I was very happy with the friendly service and the door is now running smoothly.

Do not use Precision. They do not provide a written estimate, but write down the parts you need (springs, rollers, ball bearings, etc) and verbally tell you the cost of each. You have to add the total up in your head. And they do not mention the hidden charges: 7% shop supplies (in the case, $66.50) and the Fleet Transportation charge ($20). Rip-off artists.

We have an old double garage door that was unreliable. We had everything replaced. Everything except for the door itself to avoid permitting and the extra cost. Arnold did a great job. It now operates like new. The cost was more than we expected but we are happy with the work so it was worth it.

I was very pleased with Christopher the young man that came out for my initial call. We discovered that I had some issues with my springs and rollers and reprogramming my keypad and remote. He helped me synch up mynew car to the garage door as well. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently to get the job completed in a timely matter. I would definitely call for service again.

Reprogrammed door opener and at His very knowledgeable counseling I did chose to change out the roller bearings ...which made a big, huge difference as to functionality. Garage Door needed that ..it is close to 20 years old..No pressure just valuable Garage Door Maintenance Tip and I thanked Him for the advice. I called on a Saturday to schedule a repair appointment for Monday. They offered me a Saturday window but it wasn’t necessary. Chris showed up early in the window and was able to repair the door springs as well as replace my opener same day within a few hours. He was very professional and didn’t ty to oversell me.
