Our insulated, hurricane-high wind garage door was leaking light from the side and a bolt had broken off one of the latches. I called and got an appointment the same day, followed-up with an email confirmation and the technician with bios so you know who will be showing to your home which is an added security feature. Luke (and new trainee [sorry, didn't get his name]) arrived before the time promised. They were efficient, courteous and professional. He identified the problem, repaired the leaky light and added the missing bolt to the latch within minutes. They requested I inspect for approval prior to departing and addressed all my questions. Precision Garage Doors installed this door a few years ago and always pleasant to do business. All the staff, scheduler to technicians, are polite. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

No one showed up during the time frame that I made my appointment. I was looking to get an estimate on a garage door and had to waste much of my day unfortunately. I called at 11:05am....my appointment was scheduled for 9am-11am and the employee was unapologetic telling me the technician would text me because he was running behind. Over an hour later 12:15pm I still had not heard from anyone, I finally got a call back from the office saying there was a scheduling mistake and someone would be out in around 30 min because no one was scheduled for house. Really disappointed I wasted my day waiting around, I should get a discount if I decide to get a door from them but I know it probably wont happen. Going to shop around because of how bad my initial experience was.

Professional service from start to finish. My technician, Arnold, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I appreciated that he adhered to CDC guidelines at all times while here. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision about my repair, explained everything and demonstrated what was different and how everything worked. I especially like that he will be my personal technician if I need help during the warranty.

Expensive. Service was fine, but Home Depot/Lowe's offer a comparable 3/4 HP, belt motor -- installed -- for $500. Came out for a tune-up. Wasn't planning to buy a new motor ($860, including $60 extra for the outside keypad) so I didn't shop around. Wish I had.

Initially scheduled a garage door opener repair, however we suspected that would become a garage door opener replacement. When we learned this would be the case, we were not at all surprised. We were very pleased with the service call (within 24 hours) and the attention to detail provided by the Service Technician. Our garage door has never functioned so quietly and we are most pleased with every step of the process. Would highly recommend Precision for repair or new install.

Our garage door sounded loud whenever we used it, making us feel that our garage door opener was in need or replacement. Seth showed up a day after we called the office and lubricated the door channel making everything run smooth. If there was a higher rating than five, I would have given it to you. Chris Burdge came to our home a few days ago, and gave us an estimate. We had already received a few bids, which were all higher and for an inferior product. What we noticed about him is he was HONEST, something that seems lacking in this day and age. We agreed to have Precision install the door, which was done today by Wolf and Justin. They were polite and courteous, very efficient, and had the old door removed and the new one installed in less than three hours. We are beyond impressed.
