My programmed Key Pad Wasn't working. Justin reprogrammed the key pad but also explained how this could happen. I'm taking his recommendation to get a Surge Protector for the Garage Door Opener plug. The technician ( Isaiah ) arrived and checked over the garage door system at our request. The existing system was about 21 years old and appeared to have lacked maintenance. The technician showed us all the things that he felt were worn and he recommended that they should be replaced. We chose to go ahead and follow his recommendations. We had a new motor, drive belt, main springs, hinges and rollers installed and lubricated as required. The work was completed in a few hours. There was no high pressure sales involved by the technician. We are very happy with the work done and how smooth the door operates.

The website enabled me to select every aspect (style, pattern, options) for the new garage door I wanted to purchase. Received a follow-up email within hours at night. The sales truck contained samples for everything. The electronic formal quote was provided on the spot. crews showed up on time and quickly removed the old door assembly and installed the new one. this somewhat custom door looks great and keeps the west facing garage a lot cooler than the previous door. crew returned to install a now opener as the old one was not up to the task of opening the heavier hurricane door. same friendly, efficient service. love the product and the process
