I called Precision on Thursday and had a technician, Noah, at my house the very next morning. He was efficient, professional, friendly, and maintained COVID protocols at all times. I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for someone to show up or wait all day for them to complete the job. I actually thought you did a wonderful job. the service guy was great and the product was just what i needed. My only comment is that I wish the charges to do this were not surprises. the extra fees for the truck, etc. were unexpected and turned a 100.00 expected charge into 150.00

My garage door was broken and I called precision. In less than an hour my bill was $930. And my door fixed. Maybe $75 was parts. I was told he would be here for at least 2 hours. He wasn’t. I was overcharged for a basic repair. He even said he had to work hard to fix it. Always get a few bids. I didn’t. This bid was written by hand on blank paper. ???????? Also no invoice or receipt after?

I chose Precision back in 2008 to install my new hurricane rated double garage door and lift master door opener because of their reputation and glowing positive feedbacks. Fast forward 12 years later, I called Precision again for the same reasons, reputation & years of positive feedbacks, for a service tech to come out and give me the 25 point inspection because I thought I might be having some issues. So my appointment was scheduled the very next day and the tech, ADAM MIECHLE arrived promptly on time! We discussed what was happening with the door and other areas and upon the completion of his inspection, he discovered that my springs were worn out and my mother board in the liftmaster was just about shot! I asked what are my options and he went over, in detail, what it would take to resolve my issues. Priced out my options and said it was my choice of how much repair work I wanted now. I told ADAM that I wanted it repaired completely, agreed on what needed to be done, and he went to work on it immediately. I liked the idea that he did not have to come back back another day to do the job because everything he needed was on the truck, just like the commercial says. Yeah, another reason why I like Precision....the job gets done. its done right and its done NOW! ADAM MIECHLE was very courteous, knowledgeable tech and a hard worker. He cleaned up afterwards and then gave me a tutorial of my new equipment. He is an asset to Precision and would recommend asking for him when you call for your own repairs/installation!

Thank you Precision for everything you do. My overhead spring broke clean in half my door was stuck down and you came super fast and really made me personally a priority. My technician was Joshua page and I could tell his heart was in the job he wasn’t just there “just” to fix a door he was there cause he loves what he does and his joy in his work. Clean courteous not like these other rent a drunk company’s this one is truly a 5 star service company I could go on and on but I will stop here with a huge thank you!!! ???? Ohh and I don’t want to leave out Tommi the lady that took my call she was so patient answered all my questions and was soo great she is perfect!

The tech was to call me with a total before preforming the work, he called and gave a total price of $525.00, when job was done he then said total changed to $561.75. When asked why the price changed and he laughed and said uncle needs his as if I am stupid. The real answer he didn't want to give is that he missed quoted and was trying to cover with a failed attempt at a joke literally at my expense, my money. I feel I should get a refund for the difference of $36.75 since this was obviously a bait and switch. Didn't want to even give 2 stars but I felt obligated to do so.
