The website enabled me to select every aspect (style, pattern, options) for the new garage door I wanted to purchase. Received a follow-up email within hours at night. Constant communication during the sales process by many people, especially by Melanie Beaudin. Reference addresses were provided for me to look at the selection I had made. The sales truck contained samples for everything. The electronic formal quote was provided on the spot. Melanie tracked the shipment of the garage door; providing a one week notice of the delivery date. I was able to pick my installation date. Jesus was efficient at dismantling the original garage door. Jerry joined Jesus for the installation of the new garage; everything went smoothly. The level of professionalism; knowledge and caring workers is very rare to find these days. I deal with contractors daily in which very few are as professional as the folks at Precision Door.

crews showed up on time and quickly removed the old door assembly and installed the new one. this somewhat custom door looks great and keeps the west facing garage a lot cooler than the previous door. crew returned to install a now opener as the old one was not up to the task of opening the heavier hurricane door. same friendly, efficient service. love the product and the process

In today's world of business Precision did two things which impressed me very much. First and foremost they acknowledged my phone call requesting assistance -. On this email they provided me with a complete list of their mechanics and their photographs. Therefore, I could match the mechanic with the photo and being able to know it was a bonfire company employee. Second and very important was they call 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home and went immediately to work. They asked my problem, analyzed it and then repaired it. We have been with this company for years. I travel, I know that should my wife need assistance she will have no problems and will be secure when the repair arrives. The workmanship is professional, satisfactory and the service is priced correctly. I can only say thank you for a job well done.
