The technician Izak came out and adjusted the door, the spring, and the door opener and got the door working smoothly again. He was warm, friendly, and explained things in an understandable manner. Was charged 2- twice the price that Overhead garage door of clearwater, 727-524-1000 quoted for the replacement of the same springs. Went with Precision by mistake as it was an emergency and the had an answering service. Live and learn to get more than one price quote. Will neve use 0Prevision again.

We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. They also were able to install quickly unlike any other company and the technicians that installed the door did an amazing job, were helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke highly of their employer. Through our the whole process Precision went above and beyond. I never do reviews and went out of my way to do this one! Thanks to everyone at Precision especially our sales rep Anastasia who helped facilitate all of our needs.

Service man was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Was not happy with cost of replacement of opener/motor. Cost on line for pricing of garage door motors were less than half of what you charged. Would be beneficial to the senior citizens in the area to note that perhaps a discount could help in replacement costs in the future.

James arrived promptly and gave an estimate. Unfortunately at biilling time the bill was hundreds of dollars more than the quote. I may be a senior citizen but I can still do math. James claimed there was a problem wirth his tablet that was double billing. I took out my calculator and found my bill with tax should be more than $500.00 less.
