Craig was my technician he was very professional and courteous He replaced the spring and rollers on my garage door and did it in a very short time. He was well within the time limit of arriving at the house that was agreed upon. I am very well pleased with Precision Door

My technician was very nice, very professional, honest. i didn’t have any other companies i contacted so i really have no room for comparison. , yet this company had a great rating and reviews. i’m satisfied, with the replacement of very old garage door springs, yet the price seemed a little steep, I am physically challenged , and i’m an ex. professional, yet as a senior it’s difficult to find honest people when it comes to repairs on my home. This is a good company , and i would call them back again.

The technician WayneM arrived on time, listened to what I needed repaired. He then listened to the noises my garage door made as it opened.
