He replaced 2 garage door opener motors and programmed the the openers to our cars and the new keypad. My Technician was: Bryan (A) – Stewart. He arrived right on time after giving me a personal call to let me know when I could expect him. Bryan checked both my garage doors for proper operation and talked to me about what changes I needed. Then he installed two new outside garage security controls & programed them to specifications. They worked perfectly after a few minutes of installation. Then he installed a new inside wireless control on the wall near the walk-in door of the garage. That only took a few minutes and also worked perfectly. Bryan was very professional, well trained, and arrived in a well-marked, well equipped, Precision Garage Door Truck. He was in uniform with mask on and was a very polite young man. I will always call Precision Garage Door for any install or repair that I am in need of. Thanks for A Great Job, Well Done.

Our repair tech was John Tsangarinos. He started asking me what my concerns were and anything I had my attention on. He then went on to perform a thorough inspection and evaluation. After that, he gave me several options and I made my choice. He then efficiently and professional fixed our Garage door including the pulleys, springs, rollers and fixed the bow in the top middle of the door. The amount of noise now after the repair also dramatically reduced. We are very happy with the repair work and would highly recommend Jon for any work he performs! Thank you.

Precision had previously installed new spring rollers for our garage door. Recently the door would drop a foot down upon opening. The technician came and let us know that the motor would need to be replaced soon. He was able to adjust the motor so that we did not have to buy one just yet. He was informative and courteous. We know that in a few months we will need a motor and we know where to go...Precision. Thank you.

My garage door spring broke this morning. i went on your website this morning at 5:00 and was able to use the chat window to discuss my issue and arrange for a technician to come out this morning. Craig was the technician that took care of my repair. After investigating my initial problem he identified several other maintenance repairs that would be needed over the next 8-10 months. i really appreciate the fact that he just identified the issue and the cost to repair and then let me make the decision without any pressure. i will definitely use Precision again and hope that Craig is the technician that will be assigned.

I was very pleased with the quick service I called in the morning by 4:30 pm my new garage opener was installed with a new garage opener for my car was in my possession. The technician Chris who came out, was very pleasant and did a really good job.He noticed there was another problem with my garage door and made me aware.
