First I got three quotes. Precision was the last one i got a quote from. I got three quotes from the sales rep with an explanation for each one. All were up to code for hurricane. No high pressure sales just the facts of what could be purchased. Today was the install. Jesus was the installer. He came to the house on time, introduced himself and set to work. Great job done and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great team to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Arnold Simpson was amazing! He is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced 4 garage door openers and the accessories included all by himself with the nicest attitude in a short amount of time. Excellent response time of next day service. Great experience with installation of opener and key pad. Doug was amazing. He explained and demonstrated the operation of the opener and the parts. Doug also programmed the keypad and my car which was a huge help to me.

Moved here 6 months ago and had Precision do a courteous new home owner inspection on our garage door. On time, great communication, professional technicians that know what they are doing. Precision performed previous repairs on my garage door and did a great job, so I called them again when a recent storm messed up my sensors. I was able to schedule the same day, which was very convenient. Jared Ebel was my technician and did an amazing job. He noted my old motor and drive were probably at their end of life (I had also observed this myself) and quoted a replacement with a much quieter WiFi controlled system. He didn’t pressure me at all and let me decide if I wanted to proceed or do the simple repair. The replacement cost was reasonable, and he completed the work promptly. Jared stuck around until everything was adjusted perfectly. I will continue using Precision in the future and recommend to anyone else. Thank you, Jared!

Today when I went to leave my house my garage door made a loud sound and wouldn't open. I called Precision and in my opinion I got the two best technicians Sam and Joshua. They explained in detail what needed to be done. They were polite, knowledgeable as well as personable .I was concerned because both of our cars were in the garage - they were fine. Sam and Joshua worked together as a great team. As much as I didn't want to pay for a garage problem at Christmas Sam and Joshua made the situation more bearable by their sincerity.
