I have had Precision to our home in the past and was thrilled with the work and technician that we had. Today we have Chris Enlow do our repair. Chris was very knoweldgeable of what needed to be done and honest about additional work that he recommended. He was very friendly and a pleasure to speak to and deal with. If I am in need of any further repair, I will for sure call Precision and will request Chris as our technician!

We called Precision to get a quote on replacing the strip on the bottom of our garage door. Happy with the price and they came out the same day. Their Tech Jackson was very professional and courteous. He was also thorough checking out the door and replacing the strip. Very happy with the work. We used Precision years ago to replace a spring and they did a great job. Would definitely call again.

I have to say. I was bracing for a hard sell and instead what Jordan provided was an in-depth tutorial on what my options were, the pros and cons of each, and a pricing estimate. He was a pleasure to deal with and I received excellent customer service and the quote within minutes of his visit. Also, The quote was more affordable than I had expected with all the bells and whistles.

We had a garage door spring break just before noontime, called Precision Garage Door Service based solely on an internet search, and by early afternoon had their technician, Mike Beckum, in our garage assessing the situation. We have a very heavy, hurricane-reinforced two-car garage door, so beyond replacing the broken spring, we opted to get the entire assembly (both springs, the rod, pulleys, and cables) replaced. Everything replaced by Precision is now under a 7-year parts and labor warranty. The entire garage door operation is so much smoother now. We were thoroughly impressed with Mike's friendliness and professionalism.

I have used Precision Garage Door for many years. Why, because from making the initial call to getting the technician out they have been professional, caring and efficient. Luke was the technician this time and like all of the technicians I have had he was on time, courteous and besides being knowledgeable of their products he explained the product and how to use and how to keep it in working order. They do not try up-selling a product to make a sell. When I explained how heavy the door was to open after the hurricanes and it seemed to be slow at times I felt something might be wrong, he explained about have heavier springs to lift the heavy duty hurricane door that I had installed last year and not lessening the motor life of the opener. I agreed to the change and it made a big difference. Thanks to Luke I remain a happy customer.

My garage door failed me late Friday afternoon. Even though it was after 5 PM, I called Precision and was surprised that someone answered the phone. They actually set me up with an appointment for the next day on Saturday. Arnold came out before noon and did a great job!!! Very rare to get such fast and efficient service. Thanks very much to Arnold and Precision!

We've had Precision do great work on our garage door a few times over the years and today's experience with Chad was another home run! Our main issue was a broken torsion spring and Chad went over all of the components to check for any other signs of excessive wear. Chad clearly explained what and why any parts needed to be replaced and gave me a clear exact price with no surprises and no pressure. Precision has always done great work for us and Chad is a great example of why they are the only company we call when we need garage door repairs. Thank you again for a great experience!

Our customer service rep and repair tech (John M.) kept us informed at every step. He arrived as promised, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it quickly in an extremely thorough and professional manner. We have interacted with many home service providers over the past year or so and Precision is no doubt among the very best.

It was definitely time to replace my 50-year-old garage door, and what a difference it makes! I wanted a company with a great reputation that I could trust, and I found that with Precision. My tech, Christopher, did a beautiful job and kept me informed about everything. Andrew, who did my estimate, was also great to work with. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I am really pleased with my new garage door! Thanks!

I called concerning a spring that broke the previous evening . Adam was here as scheduled in the morning and was very good at explaining everything . After he measured the springs to get the correct replacement part he showed me a couple of other parts that were well worn and would no doubt cause an issue possibly in the very near future . Although I spent more than I had planned , I went ahead with replacing the recommended parts to prevent another inconvenient breakdown . Adam completed the installation of all the parts in a timely manner . He was courteous , professional and very good at explaining everything .

First I got three quotes. Precision was the last one i got a quote from. I got three quotes from the sales rep with an explanation for each one. All were up to code for hurricane. No high pressure sales just the facts of what could be purchased. Today was the install. Jesus was the installer. He came to the house on time, introduced himself and set to work. Great job done and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great team to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Arnold Simpson was amazing! He is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced 4 garage door openers and the accessories included all by himself with the nicest attitude in a short amount of time. He also made sure all our vehicles were synchronized to the new openers. I wish that all repairmen that visit my home were more like him. He made what was a very stressful situation a positive experience. Thank you Arnold.

I have been a customer of Precision door for 20 yrs. They have kept my door in service for all that time. When we decided to upgrade there was no other choice but to continue with this company. They are truly professionial, they do not try to upsell you and very honest. I would honestly tell people if you want excellent service and a quality product to give them a call.
