My garage door failed me late Friday afternoon. Even though it was after 5 PM, I called Precision and was surprised that someone answered the phone. They actually set me up with an appointment for the next day on Saturday. Arnold came out before noon and did a great job!!! Very rare to get such fast and efficient service. We've had Precision do great work on our garage door a few times over the years and today's experience with Chad was another home run! Our main issue was a broken torsion spring and Chad went over all of the components to check for any other signs of excessive wear. Chad clearly explained what and why any parts needed to be replaced and gave me a clear exact price with no surprises and no pressure. Precision has always done great work for us and Chad is a great example of why they are the only company we call when we need garage door repairs. Thank you again for a great experience!

I called concerning a spring that broke the previous evening . Adam was here as scheduled in the morning and was very good at explaining everything . After he measured the springs to get the correct replacement part he showed me a couple of other parts that were well worn and would no doubt cause an issue possibly in the very near future . Although I spent more than I had planned , I went ahead with replacing the recommended parts to prevent another inconvenient breakdown . Adam completed the installation of all the parts in a timely manner . He was courteous , professional and very good at explaining everything .

First I got three quotes. Precision was the last one i got a quote from. I got three quotes from the sales rep with an explanation for each one. All were up to code for hurricane. No high pressure sales just the facts of what could be purchased. Today was the install. Jesus was the installer. He came to the house on time, introduced himself and set to work. He replaced 4 garage door openers and the accessories included all by himself with the nicest attitude in a short amount of time. Excellent response time of next day service. Great experience with installation of opener and key pad. Doug was amazing. He explained and demonstrated the operation of the opener and the parts. Doug also programmed the keypad and my car which was a huge help to me.

Precision performed previous repairs on my garage door and did a great job, so I called them again when a recent storm messed up my sensors. I was able to schedule the same day, which was very convenient. Jared Ebel was my technician and did an amazing job. He noted my old motor and drive were probably at their end of life (I had also observed this myself) and quoted a replacement with a much quieter WiFi controlled system. He didn’t pressure me at all and let me decide if I wanted to proceed or do the simple repair. The replacement cost was reasonable, and he completed the work promptly. Jared stuck around until everything was adjusted perfectly. I will continue using Precision in the future and recommend to anyone else. Thank you, Jared!
