My technician Isak was extreamly knowledgeable and went to work fixing my garage door opeaner. He adjusted everying and found that 3 of my door hinges had small hairline cracks in them so replaced them. Precision Garage Door continues to be my go-to business for all things related to my garage door - repairs, new parts, and service. Recently had Ryan Hunt out to the house for routine maintenance. While he handled that professionally, he also recommended some repairs that would be good for long-term care of the new motor. He worked hard to arrive at a fair price (BTW, Carlos the owner, and the other managers, have always been very fair regarding pricing). Not happy.. I paid $50 for the gentleman to come out. Adjust some screws. Tell me that he couldn’t find anything wrong and the garage door is still sticking when you open it. It hesitates and doesn’t go up so no I’m not happy with your service. Renee

I called Precision Garage Drs the morning after one of my door springs broke. They were able to send a repairman out the same day. Kenneth S. arrived on time and evaluated my situation and explained the recommended replacement and repairs needed. He wrote up an invoice with pricing for me to approve and said he could make all repairs on the spot. I gladly agreed because I had expected him to set up another date for the repair. My garage door works great now and Kenneth couldn't have been more professional in our communications and his knowledge and experience for the job.

The spring on our main garage door broke unexpectedly today. I needed it fixed ASAP. I had used Precision several years ago. I called them and I had an appointment guaranteed later in the day. The repair person, Alex, arrived on time, examined the damage and gave me a quote at that time. He also suggested additional improvements to the door which he explained in detail. It was mainly rust. So I had him do those improvements as well. He completed the job a little over an hour, reviewed everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work which I was and paid the bill. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to repair or replace any garage door.

My garage door spring broke over the weekend. On Sunday, I was able to book an appointment online for Monday morning with the Clearwater team. Chad, the service technician, called to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he was very courteous, thorough and provided answers to all my questions. He also provided full estimates and options before moving ahead. The process was very easy and well-structured. I would recommend Precision to other friends and family.

I’ve used them since 2021. I purchased a Genie Professional garage door opener with Aladdin connect and door keypad. I just had my service done and everything was taken care of quickly. A technician could come an hour before service time and he was done in less than an hour for the maintenance… thankfully no charge since I have a lifetime warranty.
