From the very start with booking my estimate to the installation, everything was GREAT!!!! I can't say enough about my sales Representative Rebecca!!! She is the best! Kind, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very responsive the entire time. Any questions or help I needed she was always there to help and so kind! Our installation tech Chase was also I very nice, professional, and did a wonderful job with our door! He went over everything and was also responsive to my texts. I highly recommend this company,, I had a few quotes by other companies and they all were very disappointing and unprofessional. Thank you so much!!!

I am very satisfied with the work done by Precision. The problem was clearly explained to me, and three options were presented specifically for my needs and requirements. Isak was courteous, professional and very pleasant. He was patient, willing to explain and answer any questions I had. He made sure I understood the repairs that needed to be made (and why). I would recommend Precision and - although I hope I won't need to - I would use them again in the future.

Carlos Morales was very professional and quickly resolved our garage issue. Our home was flooded in Helene and the garage door wasn’t operating properly. Carlos was able to fix the problem in less than 20 mins. Something’s you take for granted and when you don’t have them for 5 months and then something so simple becomes a blessing. Thank you Carlos and Precision Garage Doors!

Michael called when he was in route to my home. He was on time and very professional. He carefully examined my garage door opener that was malfunctioning. He thoroughly and professionally explained the problems and gave me all my options. After he installed my new opener he carefully reviewed all the operations. I was very pleased with his service.

I received same day service. I believe that Chris was the young man who came. He was polite, texted 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He replaced my outside key pad opener, and I was so thankful to learn that I had a 7 year warranty. I applaud the service you provide, and the competence of your employees. Thanks you. Take care,

Hunter was awesome! He called ahead to make sure coming early was OK (it was!). He checked out my current set up and suggested a new garage door opener motor. It turns out that mine was 21 years old! In about an hour he had a new one installed and went over everything with me. It's so quiet and nice to have an automatic door again. Complete with a keypad! I couldn't be happier with the service I got!

I really appreciated the quick response on setting the appointment. I had previously gotten three estimates for replacing my garage door and motor. Luis was very good in getting all the necessary measurements and worked quickly with his manager to get a quote and a date for instsllation. There was very little difference in the quotes, but I chose Precision based on the company's reputation and their knowledgeable employees.

I called precision garage doors at approximately 2 PM Saturday, March 15. I was told that a representative could come out at no charge and give me an estimate to repair my door. I had a very quick response a very pleasant phone call with LUCA the technician That was coming, gave me some information about costs and I told him to proceed to my home. Just as promised, he came diagnosed the problem which was broken. Springs gave me the price which was less than some of the other top companies I had called who by the way wanted Extra money to come on the weekends. LUCA performed the work in a very timely and professional manner, very pleasant and personable young man that I would highly recommend helped me diagnose some other problems with my door. I can’t say enough for Luca and the honesty of him and the company. Take my advice. Give precisiona call before you commit to anybody else. 1000% satisfied.

I originally chose Precision Door because of their advertising on TV. They have been here three times to fix my garage door. I have been totally satisfied with the work that has been done. I would like to thank Michael Freeman the technician that worked on my door today. He explained and showed me what was wrong with the door and did a great job fixing it. I highly recommend Precision Door. Jane Carlson

They installed my door about eight years years ago. It was a great installation. Never had any issues even after hurricane. Today I called because one of my center brackets was broken. To my surprise, they showed up two hours later which is absolutely unheard of replace the brackets cause he had them on the truck with new sensors too, because those sensors were old and completely outdated. Unbelievable that’s what I call service. They checked the system when they were done or good to go. the technician, Chase was spot on
